Very exclusive stores tucked into the middle of Bologna. Gucci, Michael Kors, Armani, Church's, Tesla to name a few. Included in the collection of stores is a restaurant, and a Bologna FC store. Excellent place to window shop and come away with a very high-end purchase.

If this art exhibition is still on it is definitely worth a visit if you are interested in the Impressionists. The English guide was excellent. The pictures all come from the Marmottan Monet gallery in Paris. We spent just over an hour going round, enjoying looking at the pictures. With social distancing only a few people are allowed in each room at any one time, so you can see the pictures easily. It is worth booking.

The collection of photographic memory from mid 1850 to more recent days.
The exhibition is located just in the heart of the city centre.
The tour will take you a couple of hours and will take you in a historical journey: from the city planning side of the town to the social, political and generational changes.

From the hard artisan crafts of the 19th Century to the period of Second World War and finally Freedom, from the glamorous Italian lifestyle of the 50-60ies to the social movements of the 70-80ies and the tragic events of Black Terror, Bologna is always showing the dignity of an Old Lady. Like Guccini, one of the town's most famous lyrics song write, used to sing.

The collection is very well presented and shows quite a hard work and attention to details.

An exhibition which should deserve to become permanent in my opinion.

This is quite enjoyable but many of the stalls are the same. A good way to use up your day. Lots of shoes and clothes.

My son was invited for a party( on a Sunday) and some of the parents stayed behind.
The place is great , clean, spacious but it was empty.
The kids enjoyed the bikes, play ground and the beach volley but the place lacks costumers inside, the party was at 3:00 to 6:30 pm. There were a handful of clients walking around. Entrance was €15 and that’s quite expensive!.
And they were closing at 6:30.
The huge place was almost empty feeling sorry for all the beautiful restaurants around with totally empty.
Hope this place picks financially because it’s a pity with no one inside..
Good luck and hoping for good marketing strategies to have more costumers soon!!

I recently visited Simoni, a charming charcuterie establishment located in a cozy street near the main square in Bologna, Italy. I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, as well as the excellent service and delicious food.

Upon arriving, I ordered an Aperol, which was reasonably priced at 6 euro. The real highlight, however, was the platter of local cheeses and selection of salamis, which came at a cost of 16 euro. The waiter was kind enough to explain what was on the plate, which I greatly appreciated.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Simoni. The combination of great service and delicious food make this establishment a must-visit for anyone in the area. I highly recommend trying their charcuterie platter, which was a real highlight of my visit. If you're looking for an authentic taste of Bologna, Simoni is definitely the place to go!
