- Jukka HVantaa, Finland34 contributionsWonderful area for hiking or biking. Great views. Unforgettable. See the sea and the nature around.Written September 17, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- SocccaTolmin, Slovenia1,811 contributionsThe square with the Pomodoro sculpture is truly special. It is not a monument for which one arrives in Pesaro from afar. But if you are in Pesaro it is a kind of must.Written June 11, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Marc PBrooklyn, NY4 contributionsOur trip to the Museo Benelli was one of the unforeseen highlights of our trip. We thought we would drop by and see a couple of motorcycles but instead we found ourselves in the midst of motorcycle and Pesaro history. I think we were there for almost two hours and much of that time was essentially a private, guided tour from the person working there. He was so knowledgeable and generous and had so many stories about the motorcycles and his experience and the relationship of Benelli to Pesaro. It is well worth a visit and we will be going back next time we are there!!Written September 13, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Mishelle L19 contributionsFiorenzuola di Focara is located a few km from Gabicce Mare. (It's part of the province of Pesaro and Urbino.)
To the beach leads small road which is surrounded by the nature. In this time you have to go on walk, because the road for a car is closed for reconstruction.
There are no bars, umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach, so you need to leave equipped. It is impossible to stay there without water, food and some parasol.
This beautiful view stands for it. 😊Written July 20, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It would be wonderful if there were a way to see some of the interior, even if only via photos.Written August 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - bertocolliemomSanta Fe, NM124 contributionsIncredible collection of Italian ceramics along with some gorgeous decorative arts pieces. A nice handful of exceptional paintings, including a massive Bellini altar piece that is nearly intact.Written August 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Richard B4 contributionsThe villa, barely outside urban Pesaro in Parco San Bartolo, is accessible only at 4 pm on Thursdays with prior appointment via the approved guide service. Check on line, email response is prompt. For the price of admission they will bus you in from Pesaro as well, whereas it is very difficult to park near the villa without blocking traffic. Our guide was a professional art historian who worked with a passion -- consider planning your itinerary around this visit. The complicated access is due to private ownership of the villa and lack of parking. With transportation included the price is reasonable. Tour lasted about 2 hours, but included garden walking, not just stuffy museum rooms.Written September 23, 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Globetrotter677Vienna, Austria91 contributionsA bit strange to rate this as a tourist attraction. It's a place of worship and would be good to see other tourists treat it with respect. Plexiglass panels give a view to ancient frescoes underneath.Written August 20, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - italian_in_NYAustin, TX219 contributionsHave visited every summer with kids and guests in the last 4 years.
Open in the afternoon from 4 to 7, it's a great way to cool off the summer heat after a day at the beach.
Used as a professional high school for 9 months a year, the gardens tour are given by nice school students (might be challenging if you need them in English).
Kids always have a blast with the water games and spend over half hour after the tour in the "theatre" playig hide and seek.
Plenty of parking, bring a change of clothes of you want to experience all the water games.Written July 11, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I believe that it is in 2019 that this city became the European Union city of Music. In 2015 the city has been declared by the Unesco "city of creativity". On this square you will find several cafes/restaurants and interesting buildings like the Post Office [was a convent built between the 13h and 15th century], the Museum of Rossini and the "Palazzo Ducale" and, in the middle a superb fountain called "la Pupilla di Pesaro". The Palace was built in the 16th century. When eating or drinking you can admire this square and shot beautiful pictures.Written September 19, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Laurene MSan Francisco, CA390 contributionsRossini lovers may be tempted to visit this house. However, there seems to be very little information about Rossini himself and his family. The collection consists of mostly secondary materials, such as posters from his operas. It’s up to the visitor to read about him and imagine what his early life might have been living in this town.Written May 3, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
