Both drivers were professional and courteous. - chriswood72Nottingham, UK1,421 contributionsWe booked the Colosseum with the underground tour, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum in December of 2023.
On the 1st of October I received a message from GetYourGuide stating that they had had to rebook our entry time to the Colosseum due to there being no more tickets to the underground for our tour or in their words 'unfortunately Colosseum administration did not give any ticket availability that day'.
Although we did get a refund on part of the tour this does not reflect that we booked this 10 months in advance!
The meeting point was also chaotic and the team were not where they stated we should meet and further issues trying to get into the Colosseum itself having to wait in a queue for ten minutes although paid for skip the line.
Despite this the Colosseum was fantastic. We had to omit Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum due to another reservation (our previous booking had been 12:00 and then changed to 15:30) and therefore a waste of money.Written October 26, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Alexandra P4 contributionsVery low punctuality from Termini to Fiumicino. There should have been a bus at 16:40 and one at 17:20, NONE arrived at the Termini station. There were people who bought their tickets in cash and they got the money back, because they could have lost their plane. We could not ask for the money back, as we bought them in the airport, the staff was not helpful or understanding. I called the number on their site and when I asked if they speak English, a very rude man just said “no” and hung up. Finally, the next bus scheduled for 18:50 left with “only” 15 minutes delay.
