Easily the best and most memorable times we had in Rome was spent at the Bordero. Filippo has a taste for quality and the food and drinks we had were nothing short of excellent. In my opinion, the value for price is more than fair, the atmosphere is unbeatable and if you are looking for authenticity, then Bordero highlights all aspects. The location is also something to note. It is not right in the middle of crowded streets and I found this to be quite nice. When out in Trastevere, make sure you stop by Bordero and have a drink. You might stay longer than you intend :)

Cinema Barberini
Very clean and comfortable cinema, small selection of snacks, a small cafe area, a restaurant and rooftop bar (which we did not visit). Good sound, very comfortable seats (we had a love seat for two), easy to purchase tickets on-line, in advance (note that it appears that an EU credit card is needed to purchase on-line).

We went to the performance of Joyce Elaine Yuille… it was a world class performance in a perfect setting… I predict great things for a new, fresh jazz locale in the heart of Rome’s historic center!!!
