The Roman Forum was impressive! The whole area is still being excavated and it's really impressive. Go inside to see the light shows on the interior walls that play every 10min or so.

Navonna has chjanged for the worse in one respect. The restauirants have always charged a premium for the location. But now it is a magnet for street vendors and con men of every stripe. Not as aggressive as some places but beware.

A beautiful fountain and definitely a must-see for your first time in Rome. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to see it ever again. It is in such a busy and touristy area and it was so busy you had to squeeze your way to the front just to get a photo unobstructed. Watch out for pickpockets here due to the tight quarters between people and keep your belongings right in front of you with a hand on them.

Amazing place to visit (particularly on a hot day (it’s a constant 15c inside) and astonishing to realise how big this building was. Our guide was good but the information given was a little repetitive and the tour felt rushed. There is so much to see but you are shepherded from one point to the next very quickly. We brought up the rear of our group and loitered taking pics and looking at the incredible rooms / bits of fresco, and that worked for us. The VR was good. Think we’d have preferred being able to wander through in our own time, guided by info boards, but maybe that will come in the future.

So much fun! We rented out a rickshaw to ride around the park and also rented a rowing boat on the pond. We really enjoyed it

Beautiful city center. The one and only Rome. It feels like every building is historic and with great cultural meaning.

This is free experience in the centre of Rome, we spent a good half an hour trying to see how many cats we could spot, I believe there is a small ship but we did not visit this, we’d recommend visiting early afternoon as this is when most of the cats will be visible.

This was truly a memorable day. If you have time hire a bike from the cafe and cycle the whole length then stop off at the aqueducts. This place is simply beautiful. So much history in one place.

The campidoglio is one of the little hills where Rome was built in its origin. During the Renaissance the famous artist Michaelangelo projected the actual square that appears really beautiful and composed. There are a famous museum and the city hall and if you go behind it you will have a fantastic view of the foro romano

The famous Spanish Steps are one of Rome's main attraction, which means they are ALWAYS busy.
My best advise is to climb the steps in the late afternoon, as to avoid Rome's unbearable heat.

A good short tour around the bunkers, there are several of them. You experience an insight into what it would have been like to be in the tunnels with an air raid. There is also the house you can go through as a seperate tour as well as the Old Prince's Residence as well.. The guides are wonderful, The tour group is Underground Rome? They also have a book you can purchase for such experiences. They have several other unusual tours around Rome too.. If you enjoy history or anything to do with WW2 we highly recommend.. There are limited tours in English. Visit Roma Sotterranea is the group
