- GráinneRome, Italy3 contributionsThe hammam and massage was soothing, relaxing and rejuvenating, everyone working there is welcoming and helpful. Can't wait to attend a yoga class there! The atmosphere is so calming and peaceful that its hard to believe you're only a few minutes walk from Circo Maximo and the Colosseum.Written November 23, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Gina GFruitville, FL8 contributionsA true master of his craft. After 20 years of experience as an on-again off-again yoganista and Pilates fan, I can really say that Alessandro is a very gifted teacher. I was in Rome for a week, and attended several classes, as each gave me even more energy for sightseeing! Language is not a barrier, and the other participants are also friendly and welcoming. Stringent hygiene rules were in place. Highly recommend.Written January 19, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Azzuro64Fiumicino, Italy20 contributionsif you want to practice yoga ashtanga, that is the place. located in the heart of Trastevere in an old house, the room is spacious. The master is teaching in his native English tongue and there is a very international crowd attending..best location for yoga in that part of Rome. just stop by and check it outWritten September 29, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Andrea MLas Vegas, NV146 contributionsI was very surprised yesterday when I entered my treatment room for a 80 minute deep tissue massage! It was a table (think of a pool table but a little smaller) filled with Dead Sea Salts and ground up Rose Quartz!!!
My masseuse spread a very very thin muslin cloth over the top of the salts and you lay on top! It was a really comforting feel/—it molded to your body and felt very relaxing. The sides of the table have the chromotherapy with the lights constantly changing.
Very good massage too.

I emailed Frederico, he answered very quick and was so nice in his reply. I took two yoga classes here. With different teachers, they were both awesome. They especially gave the class in English or in English/Italian, so I could not be happier. The practice was renewing for me and I liked it. If I really have to say one negative point, it is that the classes are rather expensive (according to Belgian standards, I payed 15 and 18 euros for 1 class). But for this price, you get a very personal treatment. There were only few people in the class (at least over lunch). Would definitely go again!Written September 4, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- pamsuzisuRome, Italy1 contributionI knew the Sivananda ashram in Rome 6 years go. From that moment it has become my send Home. I love the Swamis' work! The center has positioned in an easy central zone to reach with metro and bus. It' s a quiet place to practitation, many workshops about asana and pranayama students and teachers and yogis vegetarian cooking. At the end I recommend it like a place for reconnecting to yourself.
