Not only are the masseuses' incredible talented in what they do, but there is also a strong sense of customer satisfaction focus. They make sure they understand what is happening to you or what you are in need of, before they suggest one type of massaged as opposed to another one. I specifically had a massage with Roberta who is also very amicable and can put you at ease very quickly with nice conversation and rapport. A good place to go to de-stress during these uncertain times.

Delia gave me a massage herself. It was the best massage I’ve had and I have had many!

The place is cozy and warm, very very clean and the crew are so nice, each one of them.

The massage was very professional, relaxing.

Delia served us tea and cookies in the end, which made us feel even better.

    Recommended recommended recommended!!

    Thank you Delia

“Care Of You Beauty and Spa” in Rome is absolutely one of the most wonderful places to visit if you are in need of a manicure and pedicure. The owner created such beautiful nail art with gold technique. Their prices are reasonable and they have wonderful products for skin care and all therapy for beauty a must go! Can’t wait to be back in Rome to visit.

    Ciao!

Criosauna Axa is the best place in Roma to try criosauna. Competitive prices, professional, nice stuff.

Before workout criosauna helps to improve performance. After workout it helps to reduce recovery time. Immediately killing the pain in the body, it helps to boost metabolic processes, improves sleep and stimulates the immune system.

Have been using criosauna since 7 years, loads of good experiences since then. I prefer to take 5-10 sessions before races (halfmarathon) to improve my performance. After races 1-2 sessions helps a lot in fast regeneration.
I recommend to each and every persons who makes any kind of sport activity regularly.

I have received many massages from all over and this was the best massage of my life. I am absolutely going back on my next visit to Rome. Do communicate if you want a firmer massage and not to worry when you book an oil massage...they start with thai stretches and then massage you with oil. 90 minutes is a must

My husband and I were wrecked from two weeks of walking and took advantage of a rainy day to get massages at Bhan Thai. We both had great, relaxing massages that left us refreshed and energized to keep going with our trip. The place is clean and relaxing with nice decor and soothing music. Our only issue was that we thought we had booked 90 minutes and at the end we were surprised that our therapists had thought we only wanted an hour. While we felt good, it would have been nice to get the extra 30 minutes we were hoping for when we made our appointments.

We had massages yesterday at Centro Estetico booked via Treatwell. They were so horrible and we requested a refund or credit. We both feel so bad from the service that we have had to book with another place today that we have previously tried as liked. We have received massages at a few other locations in Rome and have enjoyed all our massages. We had massages at Salute & Benessere booked through Treatwell also. They were excellent. We would have booked there again but they didn't have two massages at the same time until Monday.

The only good part of the service yesterday was the reception area, which looked nice and had a friendly person. We were taken to a room that had a huge video projector screen on the wall for ambiance I guess. They offered us water that was warm and over ripe fruit. The massage tables were so close together that it would seem unlikely that a therapist could move around. We got on the tables and then about 5 minutes later 1 therapist came in and was wandering around the room and fussing with things. About 2 minutes later a 2nd therapist came in and they both started the massage. My husband's therapist shoved his table over about 2 feet while he was on it. The table I was on seemed immovable so my therapist had to squeeze around it, which really hindered the contact and flow of massage.

We both think that either they were untrained in massage, possibly estheticians that think the whole face training can apply to the rest of the body or dropouts of massage school. The entire massage felt like there was not a point other than spreading oil all over you. Both therapists would repeatedly leave one hand or one finger on you not moving while they messed with the music that kept stopping or the video screen that also kept going from bright to dark. Both of us would have asked for more pressure or something different but felt that we would possibly get injured and they didn't really seem to have knowledge enough to vary. I was hoping that my husband was getting a good massage and just suffered through mine, but turns out he felt the same. He got oil squirted directly on him from the bottle twice. They both would pick up our legs and shake them but again for no point and without rhythm. It truly felt like they had no professional education. The entire massage was pointless and incredibly frustrating. We came in wanting to relax and left not only the opposite but had sore necks and cramping feet as a result. Not a single muscle was worked on...only oiled skin.

We felt worse after our massages. We told them it was not good when we were leaving. We are massage therapists ourselves and have been working for over 17 years. We have had many massages at many different places and never have requested a refund nor had work that was so pointless and possibly dangerous. This place might do good facials??? But as for massage I would recommend that you remove such services as they are representing your quality of acceptance if they are listed on your site. We plan to get 1 more set of massages from Salute & Benessere before we leave in a week. We paid more for so much less at Centro Estetico. We could go on and on with 50 to 100 details of why it was so bad. But we would like to move forward and put this behind us. We have recieved a credit through Treatwell of $120 to use towards massages at Salute & Benessere. It was the right thing in this situation.
We appreciate treatwell and will recommend their services. We will never recommend Cento Estetico.
