This was SUCH a fun experience! The hands on work was just enough to give you a genuine feel for cooking these recipes, but still time efficient. We got to enjoy the pasta and Tiramisu that we had made, which was so neat. We loved our chef, Tomasso, very much! We are so happy to have the recipes back home.

We had a great time and although my husband is an experienced home cook he even learned a few things. The food was delicious and the company was excellent. We’d definitely recommend this cooking class.

We had a fantastic time on the cooking class with Mersad, making Tiramisu and pasta. We took our three children (13 and 10 years old) who really enjoyed it. I think this was a good age to take them at there was quite a bit to learn and the class lasted 3 hrs (including eating), so they had to concentrate for a good period of time. Mersad was great fun and carried the group along with the cooking whilst sharing his considerable knowledge of Italian food. Grazie mille from the Liverpool supporters!

This experience was fantastic! The cousins have created a wonderful authentic Italian experience. Two of the cousins will meet you at the train station and walk with you back to the 'From Scratch' kitchen. Along the way you will get a history lesson on Frascati. Once at the kitchen you each have a station surrounding a large table. After tasting two of their wines, along with a little snack, you are guided step by step in the pasta making process. At the end you enjoy your homemade pasta along with a sauce of your choosing. We would highly recommend this activity. Frascati is a beautiful authentic little Italian town. It is a lovely break from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Thank you for a wonderful day!

A lot of fun. Great for anyone age 6 and up. Our pizza expert was Mirko. He spoke very good English. The group (8) was from US, England and Denmark. There was laughter and fun. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

A great experience led by the wonderful Coco. She was very knowledgeable and patient and taught us a lot about pasta making that we will take home with us. All three of us, including 11 year old daughter, really enjoyed it.

It is such a wonderful idea of restaurant to give cooking classes, where you can learn something new about the other culture and traditions. You can also see how the daily meal is prepared and learn a few cool tricks. I want to say thank you to the best chef Lory! She was so kind, professional and patient with us! I loved her jokes!
