    Great way to experience Rome!
    My niece and I had a wonderful time doing a food walking tour with Maria! We started near Campo dei Fiori, wandered over the Tibor River to Trastavere and through that neighborhood, then back across the river to the Jewish Ghetto. Stopped for yummy savory and sweet treats along the way while she shared interesting and fun historical facts and stories. Definitely recommend!

    Great experience
    We enjoyed an oliveoil-testning. Really recommend to try one of their small testings. Great value for your money and was quite fun. The staff was friendly and really knew what they were talking about. I would definitely return!

    Review of: Enoteca Bortone
    A hidden gem!
    We stumbled across this tiny wine bar, and we’re so glad we did! What an absolute Gem, and a beautiful setting too. The owner (sadly, we didn’t catch her name) is so wonderful, knowledgable and friendly. She told us all about the wine we ordered and showed us the bottles, and year of bottling.
    I had an Italian sparkling wine (Franciacorta), and my partner had a strong red - both incredible.

    We also had a cheese board with honey - again, delicious, but the honey is the star of the show. A really floral honey from southern Italy - a must try!

    It’s very small and gets busy quickly, so go fairly early!

    Review of: Solovino Enoteca Naturale - Natural Wines In Rome
    Extraordinary Wine Shop
    I absolutely loved the experience I had at Solovino Enoteca wine shop! I am not a wine connoisseur so needed help choosing a few wines from the wide collection in the store. The owner of this quaint store took the time to explain each of the wines he thought I may be interested in. He told me what part of Italy the wine was produced and what set it apart from other wines. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive wines but rather wines he thought I may prefer. Since I had recently been in Umbria, he recommended a wine from that area to add to my collection.
    I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the quality of the wines I purchased and the extraordinary service I received. If you happen to be in Rome and would like to bring some wine back to the states or whatever country you are from, I highly recommend a trip to Solovino Enoteca!!

    Fun place to have few drinks
    super friendly staff… amazing selection of rum, whiskey and other spirits…also the street is beautiful and romantic and during the night it becomes a party location

    Review of: Wineart
    Great wine with friendly host
    I was staying in the neighborhood close by and decided to visit for a glass of wine before dinner. Tiziana was warm and welcoming. She set a table up outside for me and served me a glass of white wine from Sicily. It was so great I had a second glass. I enjoyed my time there so much that I returned for a second night. Tiziana remembered me and made a new white wine selection for me to try. She made me feel like part of the neighborhood. Hope to visit again one day. Thanks Tiziana!

    Giovanni - True to Form - Excellence
    Great Advice - no hold barred - just straight from the hip talk about wine and the best bottles that won't break the bank.

    He was straightforward and the Websters description of a Man's Man! - Great Job, he figured out early I don't like to be taken advantage of and I hate salespeople.

    Favorite in Rome
    We did a four wine tasting here. We loved all the selections chosen by the owner. Each wine came with a small plate of food, each delicious. Afterwards, we ordered a bottle and dishes for dinner. Wonderful! This has been our favorite experience in Rome. I highly recommend coming here. I would go again if the time allowed. He offered digestivos as well that we enjoyed at the end of our meal. Wonderful service. Delicious food. Overall great experience. Loved it.
