This pizza-making class was one of the first activities in Naples. Our tour guide, Tiziano, picked us up from the heart of Naples and drove us to the ShowBiz class. When we arrived, Chef Antonio thoroughly explained the history of pizza (Margherita, Marinara, Original) in Naples. Although Chef Antonio spoke mostly Italian, Tiziano helped translate and guide us through all of it. After the lesson, we went through 4 stages: combining, kneading, shaping, and topping the pizza dough. Chef Antonio and Tiziano were very helpful throughout the whole experience even though we messed up a couple of times. Eating our own, specially-crafted pizzas at the end of the class was a satisfying and joyful experience. If we come back to Naples, we'll definitely use the same tour company for other activities!
