- Resort7058771 contributionSaline Limousines provided our party of six several rides in and around Sorrento. Chauffeurs were there early. They were friendly and polite. Their cars were roomy and immaculate. They transported us from Sorrento to Rome and handed all of our luggage. - Joseph G7 contributionsGetting from point A to point B isn't the only objective of any transport service. It should also be about comfort of your guests in transit. Upon meeting our driver, we were immediately introduced to his temper. He was arguing with another couple that was to be in our shuttle that also seemed confused by his rage. A different couple soon arrived and we gathered that they were told they had 5 minutes to use the bathroom by the driver. The misunderstanding was that he told them we would stop 5 minutes into the ride for restroom stops. He was angry they "took too long" and that he may get fined for parking illegally (how is his illegal parking the guests' fault?!)
His driving was not great with driving in 2 lanes, driving on the shoulder to cut others off, and no seatbelt plus having his door open with all of us wondering if it were the trunk that was open and if our bags would end up on the highway. He then added to the anxiety of his driving with fretting in Italian as he tried to find a spot to unload us. Which he did effectively, stopping us in a random spot with shoddy explanation of where to go (he sent us down 3 flights of steps with suitcases and later we discovered there was a ramp leading down to the same spot). And opening his trunk spilling all our bags unto the roadway. He then stood there waiting for a tip which we were not going to offer and we walked away. He pulled over and was very kind when my husband and got car sick. He had us stop along the way for snacks and to take photos. He showed us what to do and where to go as well. He really went above and beyond for us! Would highly recommend. - Relax204514442701 contributionSorrento Transfers is one of the reasons we had such a worry-free trip. All of the drivers were absolutely wonderful, and we always felt safe in their vehicles. We unfortunately ran into an accident when we were on our way to the airport, and we were not sure if we would even make our flight, but Silvano did everything in his power to get us there safely. He went above and beyond, calling the airport, American Airlines, travel agents, anyone to see if there was something he could do to help us. He kept us calm and helped us every step of the way, and we can't thank him enough. - Kevork MMontreal, Canada19 contributionsA wonderful way to visit the Amalfi coast. If you want to appreciate the amazing scenery, you definitely do not want to be driving. The roads are narrow and not easy to drive.
Our driver, Maria, was outstanding! She gave us great recommendations and was right on with her timing as we were on a cruise stop and couldn’t be late for our return.

Antonio gave us so much advice on where to go and park etc on the Amalfi coast. He spent time just to help us - went beyond just a hire facility. The driver was cordial and helpful. - Pamela L6 contributionshad an excellent experience with tonino. contacted him 1 week prior to the trip and he replied promptly via whatsapp. decided to go for him because of the great reviews and no regrets at all! the communication prior to the trip was great - he responded very quickly and was very accommodating throughout. on picking us up, he was on time and immediately helped us with our bags. during the trip, he was knowledgeable and gave a lot of info about the place. during the trip to amalfi coast, his driving was skillful and very safe. it is clear that he is very experienced. he was also flexible, allowing us to change the tour timing so that it fit our schedule better. he provided many good recommendations for restaurants that were delicious. overall, great experience, highly recommend.Written March 6, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - kaiulani s1 contributionElio was amazing! He took his time to point out many special locations along our drive from Sorrento to Ravello. It was like having a personal photographer as well. He was quite kind and engaging. I must also add that his style of driving was quite appreciated, as well. He drove carefully and slowly so we could enjoy every moment.

He was full of positive energy, very knowledgeable, and told us stories of his life, which was very interesting and funny. Ask him about the time he tried a "Pizza" in America! He would be a great guy to have a beer with. Gennarro the bus driver was an assasin on those hairpin turns and narrow switchbacks. Many times we thought we would get in an accident or scrape another car - not to be. Gennnarro kept in clean by a razors margin, he was an expert driver indeed. They brought us to absolutely stunning sights of the Amalfi coast in Positano and Sorrento. They knew all the best places to stop. Pompeii was very informative and interesting as well, wish we had more time there but we understand. - princess32142004Florida13 contributionsBooked the shuttle service through this company for E25 pp. I had a difficult time communicating with the company via email, and was confused by their schedule, their pickup location, and just in general, however the actual service was excellent. Our plane arrived early, and our driver did as well. We had to pick up another couple along the way, and we were then taken right to our hotel. - KristenFort Wayne, IN130 contributionsWhat a day! Massimo picked us up and that’s where the fun began. Our first stop was an olive oil tasting and tour. The oil was very good and we were able to purchase some and ship it home. Next we went to Sorrento for a bit and walked around. Finally we went to the farm to make pizza and mozzarella . Nonno Antonio is the name and pizza is their game.
Nonno Antonio was the best experience. A true local place. They raise their own animals and make cheese from their cows. They have DOP provolone and we ate pork from their pigs as well. We had a tour of the farm and after made mozzarella. Giuseppe is the cheese maker and he showed us his ways. Next Anna helped us make pizza. The whole experience was so special. Stefania was our English guide and so helpful. By the end of the tour we sat with Anna, Giuseppe, Luisa and Stefania to chat. We felt like family it was amazing. They tolerated my terrible Italian.
Massimo was fantastic. He stopped at DHL for me so I could ship a package. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. His English is perfect! We also felt like we made a friend at the end.
This company was very responsive and had good communication. The prices were competitive too. Thanks for a memorable day where we could be travelers and not tourists.A truly memorabile experience.
