    Great, fun experience
    Great, fun experience. Very nice, helpful and dedicated team. I went with my colleagues (40 people) for a team building event and everyone enjoyed it.

    Tasty Paella Class
    The Paella cooking class was awesome. The instructor was great. Loved the visit to the market before the class. Worth every penny!

    Delicious, Lively, Fun!
    Pepi really knows her stuff! Lively, hands-on, home-style paella, Spanish tortilla and sangria, prepared collectively in the intimate setting of her lovely home. Great way to enhance your experience in Madrid!

    Great Experience
    Great time with our 20-something daughters. Learned about food and culture. Chef was entertaining and educational. Additional bonus was chatting with other attendees. Highly recommend!

    Birthday celebration with my daughter in Madrid
    This was a lot of fun. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the wines and the regions they came from. We met new people which became new friends from Germany and Canada. Would highly recommend.

    Great experience!
    An outstanding experience tasting various cuts of blue fin tuna! Manuel explained everything very well. It was awesome to have a reserved spot in this busy market to taste and to people watch. Very generous pour of good wine to go with the tuna. Highly recommend for something different to do, especially if you love tuna!

    Put this experience on your must do list...
    Lola is lovely and her course was fantastic. Not only did I learn how to create 3 great dishes but I learnt a whole lot of local ways and traditions in the meals we prepared. I always love those attached stories and as such toast with olive oil and grated tomatoes has become on of my favourite things and I think of Lola every time I have that to eat!

    Lola is so fabulous that when I said I’d love ve to come back when next in Madrid, she said she’d do a different menu.

    Thanks Lola….I just need copies of the recipes which I’ve misplaced. Have paella pan from you but need to cook in it 😂

    Amazing food & history experience of rural Spain
    Brilliant all round day trip , just 1 hour from Madrid. The hosts were kind & friendly, the food & wine amazing and the village something from a fairy tale. Great all round value.

    Unique experience - Paella masterclass in Madrid!
    This experience is a 'must-do' for anyone travelling to Madrid! Paolo's rooftop is only 30 minutes on the metro from the centre of Madrid and very easy to find. It was an incredibly welcoming atmosphere and Paolo's English translator was invaluable. We were able to make our own Sangria and we were taught how to make our own awesome Paella! Would highly recommend this experience! Many thanks again Paolo!
