Absolutely stunning! Get tickets WAY in ADVANCE! We got tickets for noon since it was the only ones available. We heard from others that it was the worst time of day to see it. Well, we thoroughly enjoyed it and the light at that time—I don't think there is a bad time to see it, each time will be different, which is part of it's beauty.

WHATEVER YOU DO—get tickets on the official Sagrada Familia page. There are too many scalpers that inflate the ticket prices. Also, tickets are timed, so there is no line to wait it. Skip the Line tickets are a scam.

The museum in the basement is a must see also!

Poor Gaudi must be turning over in his grave because this has turned into more of an attraction than a church. Hopefully, when it's completely finished (2026?) it will regain it's use as a cathedral.

The building is very old, antique, and splendid in design, colors, and an architectural masterpiece that you will only see in Barcelona. This building is located near Plaza Catalunya on Brands Street, one of the most important landmarks.

“Beautiful and unique park with Gaudí’s artistic touch everywhere! The colorful mosaics and whimsical architecture make it a memorable experience. Can get crowded, but the views of Barcelona are worth it. A must-see for art and nature lovers!”

Super fun and bustling covered market! It's local but all the tourists know about it too. It's really fun to walk through and to get something to eat too.

A masterpiece of Art Nouveau architecture built by the architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner. Now the palace hosts various performances, the program of which can be viewed on the Palace website. You should definitely visit, an extraordinary experience.

What can I say about Casa Mila (aka La Pedrera) that hasn’t already been said? Very little.

My friend and I visited in a gloriously sunny week towards the end of November. Having been warned of long queues, we had purchased our tickets online beforehand, but when we arrived mid-morning, there was no queue in sight and we were admitted in seconds. We had booked on La Pedrera’s official website where there are currently nine different tour options available, but we only bought the Essential ticket with which you can walk through this astonishing building at your own pace and spend as much time as you like, using a free audio guide if you like. Tickets cost 28 Euro per adult and 19 Euro for seniors 65+ years. Not having been to any of Gaudi’s buildings before, I found the entry fee quite high but honestly, exiting Casa Mila after well over two hours spent inside and on the rooftop, I thought it excellent value for money and I would like to think that by paying our way in, we have contributed in some small measure to the upkeep of this amazing architectural gem. The publicly accessible parts of Casa Mila are in wonderful condition and spotlessly clean, including the visitor toilets. There is lots of staff, mostly young guides who are easy to approach and exceptionally friendly and helpful, with good to very good English. Obviously, such service comes at a price.

Anyway, the building: I’ve never seen anything like it. Gaudi’s love of nature and organic shapes and forms showed in everything we saw. The man was wayyyyyy ahead of his time, combining art and design with practical elements, including the first ever residential underground garage, ventilation of the apartments contained in the building, ergonomic door handles etc. The visitable apartment is incredibly gorgeous, particularly for lovers of Art Nouveau. The attic construction is nothing short of astonishing. The roof terrace is just magical, and if you can tear your eyes away from the beauty of the roof, spare a glance for the gorgeous old buildings of the surrounding streetscape and also the Sagrada Familia in the near distance.

I’m hoping to be back in Barcelona next spring to visit all of Gaudi’s visitable buildings and will definitely go and see Casa Mila again. My compliments to the welcoming staff, from ticketing to security screening, gift shop and housekeeping, and the young people from the visitor service team. Your genuine friendliness was much appreciated!

This gem of Barcelona can be eclipsed by her very glamorous sister, La Sagrada Familia, however, she is well worth the time. A much older and,to my mind, more authentic experience is to be enjoyed here. The architecture demonstrates a number of styles over the almost 800 years of its existence. It has been through many of the tribulations and battles that have assaulted Barcelona over the centuries. Take the time to savour the inside and outside of this beautiful building ane be sure to take the lift to the roof to enjoy in more detail the architecture of the Cathedral, as well as the views across the city. The cloister with the geese in situ was an unexpected and very pleasant surprise. The artwork within the cathedral, as well as the tomb of St. Eulalia are very beautiful.

We took the metro to Passeig de Gracia, it was very easy to navigate! We spent the day shopping and exploring the city. Some of the luxury store had lines to enter their stores, and some you just walked in. Overall we had a great time in the city.

Incredible experience at Spotify Camp Nou! Walking through the stadium, seeing the trophy room, and standing pitch-side was unforgettable. A must for any football fan visiting Barcelona. Loved every moment!

The event begins at 9.30 p.m. and the venue fills up by 9 o'clock. Our arrival at 8:30 gave us excellent viewing locations. It lasts for an hour and is free. It was amazing during the thirty minutes that we watched it.

It is one of the most beautiful gothic cathedrals I’ve ever seen. It’s so stunning - also from the inside. The 4 stars are only because at first a young lady at the entrance told me I cannot enter with a skirt. Another women had to come to fix the situation. But aside from that it would be a 5/5.

We opted for the guided tour option and would most definitely recommend. The tour was very interesting and informative in regard to Picasso's early life as well his abstract art.

The museum itself is very beautiful and in a great location.

Our tour guide was fantastic (unfortunately, we did not catch her name) - she was always happy to answer any questions and was very welcoming.

The museum staff were very rude, we needed to ask a few questions prior to our tour and every member of staff we spoke to were obnoxious and unhelpful (some opted to ignore us and chat amongst themselves) we constantly received one word answers which were of no use to us whatsoever. This is such a shame as the museum itself is the complete opposite.

The huge collection of Romanesque art held at this museum is most sensitively and beautifully displayed. Much of it came from churches in the Pyrenees, and we were fascinated a video showing the process by which they remove fresco from walls and reinstall them on the walls and arches of the museum. Very cleverly done.
It’s quite a climb up to the top of Montjuic where the museum is situated but it is well worth it. The view across Barcelona from the top is fabulous and there is a café and lots of tables where One can sit and enjoy it. Sadly the fountains are not working because Barcelona has suffered a drought this summer.
Amazingly, from the top of this hill, one can see, several miles away, the spires of Sagrada Familia, towering over the rest of the city.
