Me and my girlfriend rent a scooter for couple of days. One day it stopped working, no egnition. Expexting long problem and waste of 2-3 hours of my life I called to hotline support and was amazed. Cooltra employee just asked if I had watsapp on my number and then we contacted over watsap - he saved my money already. Short checklist and couple attempts to start the scooter were not successful (It all took us not more than 5-8 minnutes), so I was told that I will get another scooter. And then, in 15 minutrs comes a guy on a scooter, even beter model, with prepared documents. I just sign and go. Best support ever! Next time I be in Rome - I know where to get a scooter. They have really good battery life (we toured around al day + biked to Parc Güell and they we're still at 70%l), so you could ride pretty far if you'd like.

Starting with Carlos, who was very kind and welcoming. I paid 10 euros for 4 hours. The shop is located right next to the bike lane, which helps a lot. We have traveled, but our tour with you was by far the best of all!
Me and my daughter Anna got a real sense of Barcelona and such a lovely, personal adventure. We felt happy, special and almost local while riding the segways around the city with you.
We want to recommend Robot City to all people who want to get a wider perspective on Barcelona, to communicate with open minded and intelligent guides and move freely around on a segway.
You can do 1,2 or 3 hour tours and at the end you will want more. So my advice is to go as long as possible. Riding segway is easy and joy even for people who do not do any sports.

It is easy to rent bikes and they are a good price too! Nice people and nice bikes. The bike was fine with zero problems.

The opening hours are convenient and the are open Saturday till8pm.

We rent a 250cc came with two helmets.
Bring passport/ credit card and drive license for renting.
Two helmets are included, but go for bigger sizes as they are not the most comfortable.

But we thought it could have been an alternative way to see the city. We just wanted to rent it for a couple of hours - but ended up renting them for 2 days 😅🤩 this was due to professionalism and kindness of Luca and Julio and the efficiency we experienced in visiting Barcelona. We truly felt this was an amazing way to explore the city. Luca (owner) has been so kind and is so knowledgeable about the scooters as well as the city. Went out of his way to make our experience impeccable. I rent Vespas all over the world and this is my favorite place to rent due to the people who work here and everything about this rental place!!!!
