What travelers are saying
- Yvonne LSt Stephen, UK2 contributionsWe loved the whole ambience of the venue (within the architectural museum). The dancers were all ages, and were truly astouding in their energy and natural flow, unchoreographed but in harmony with the musicians: I am not sure who was leading whom, and I think it varied, but it was passionate, moving and mesmerizing. Wonderful dancers, wonderful musicians, who played off each other beautifully. The food was very good and was satisfying and interesting, and we had a bottle of wine between us, as part of the package. It was fascinating (sfter the show) to meet the owner/manager who told us some of the background to the venue, including that the eldest dancer had been dancing there since she was young (and had retained her passion, energy and movement). Worth having a meal with the show. Enjoyed the show immensely. I went with my son who is in a wheelchair and access was good. There was also someone else there in a power wheelchair.Written January 25, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - xraiderfanLos Angeles, CA35 contributionsReally enjoyable. We didn’t order dinner, so sat in the back. The dancing was great, and it looked like everyone onstage was enjoying himself or herself. The show starts on time.Written January 1, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jessica H1 contributionI would 100% recommend this show. The choreography is amazing as well as the costumes. I'm sure if you speak Spanish it would be funnier too. The performers did a really good job at getting everyone involved.Written March 14, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TravelerLux007Schweiz522 contributionsThe ZUU overall was a good experience and I can recommend it, if your budget can keep up with it. Very friendly stuff, outstanding show (even compared to LIO Ibiza) and very good food. However, they had so little guests, that apparently some friends of them were invited to drinks, only to populate the space. We found that was a good move and didn't really mind. Be prepared to pay at least 250€ for 2 pax (4 starters/2 bottle wine).Written April 30, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Xiaolin SQuothquan, UK30 contributionsI thought I already rated it. but if give me option, i’d love to warn my fellow travelers again. Picture worth way more than word. Please check my previous review and the response from their Director of Sales. Blaming everything to their customer ??!!!!
I am still not able to fine where he said “clearly writed” “guided tour in english its realize with audioguides”
I do expect to receive service in English if you promote your tour on an English site, but does not specify your live guide language is Spanish ONLY. (touchpad audioguide DOES NOT count)
I did not mention dinner and other activities, because they are not worth to mention. Food was not good. The only other English speaking couple besides myself left right after appetizer, I returned half of my main course because they are too dry. I left after desert is served, because it’s also VERY disappointing. And I had to CALL the service girl to ASK for the main course, because the guy who services our section does not give me food (yes i waited. after I see all other guests have main course on their table, i had to ask where is mine. I paid for it right?!)
“Im angry in a visit at 50 min”?! Dear sales director, if you really read my post, i left after over 2 hours of disappointment and anger (excludes the extra 30mins waiting in cold outdoor without anyplace to seat) Your event actually starts at 8pm, no surprise again NOT MENTIONED in your ads.
Spoiler alert, their medieval show is 5-10min 2 men sword fight, people from other countries seen those real medieval horse/sword fight already, this one is a joke.
I rarely give bad review (if I ever did any). I felt obligated to do so, after my experience and especially received response from this sales director.
HOWEVER, If you do speak/understand Spanish, and dont care much about food and service, you might like this event. Who Knows.....
I put as much pictures as possible. feel free to evaluate it yourselves.Written November 27, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
