The bridge was built at the beginning of the 20th century. The stunning lace bridge was designed by the most gifted architect Joan Rubio, the famous Catalan modernist who worked with Antoni Gaudí on projects of the caliber of Casa Batlló, amazing buildings, the Sagrada Familia and other amazing buildings.

I loved this park, exploring all the different areas and understanding the design of it, as the main influences was using a series if triangles to break up the whole area. Many open space lawns, many level changes, seating areas, water features, fountain spouts, and lots of play areas for all ages. It really is a beautiful and interesting park to visit it you are in the city!

Only this, it's a bridge (I assume very expensive one) It`s from a infamous architect, overrated, may be not a coincidence that all his public work has controversy around it
