    We were here just a few days ago and we booked the private karaoke package which was well worth it. There were 14 of us and we paid 250 euros. For this we had our own DJ who was just amazing and we had access to a bar with 150 euros worth of drinks with our own bar man who was also nice. It was so good just being our party and the DJ honestly was brilliant...would 100% recommend

    Review of: Highland Paddy
    Loved It!
    You wouldn't normally get me ANYWHERE NEAR an 'Irish Bar' or 'Sports Bar' on holiday, as I like things to be more authentic, but I loved this place! Cheerful staff, sangria on draught (who'd have thought such a thing existed...), plenty of seating in and out. We were drawn in by the chance to watch an important football match and ended up visiting several times and eating there twice.
    They have a separate restaurant upstairs (Paddy's Lounge) and the food is delicious. I had the home made curry and the OH had the chilli. We enjoyed it so much we also ate there on our last night in the resort.
    Entertainment is a bit cheezy, and aimed at a mainly over-40s clientele, so not much of a draw for the young 'uns. It's not the biggest venue in Los Gigantes, but it is the most inviting. Oh, and just be aware - it's strictly cash only.

    Recommend for beers and cocktails.
    Very professional service from Mark behind the bar, the bar was very busy at times, but he managed everything in a calm manner. Great drinks at a very reasonable price, just what I want from a bar.

    Sing your heart out
    Great little karaoke venue. Very friendly bar staff. I just wish the singing would start earlier (As with all the other venues you have to wait until the professionals have taken their encores, so the proper singing doesn't start most nights until after 11pm).

    Super Friendly Place to Land
    Great bar, very friendly hands on owners. I can't speak to the food but a fun place to be. Good pool table, inexpensive drinks and entertainment every weekend. English book exchange as a bonus.

    Give it a go!
    We popped in on a Tuesday and were suprised to find only one dedicated local, 2 bar staff and the guy arranging the karaoke. TBH the three of us were going to have one drink then leave. The karoke guy had a great voice and between the few of them kept us entertained until we decided to give it a go. Heck we even tried something a bit more challenging and the guy helped us with some of the bits we didn't know.
    An amusing an memorable night. I believe it's busier on Friday and Saturdays. Thanks Marcos :)

    Review of: The Rose
    a warm welcome
    We usually use The Swan next door but decided to give this bar a try. Good cheap drinks attract crowds later on, the karaoke is loud but not always entertaining especially when the alcohol and singing mix.
    However this is a well run bar which suits the tourists who use it.

    They are a jolly good team. Always slight variations. For first timers this is an absolute hoot.
    The audience participation ensures every visit is funny. Great evening out. I see them every visit and they make Tenerife feel like home.

    Such a shame
    It's a nice big room and they're really trying hard with entertainment every night of the week, it's just a shame more people don't use the venue.
    Maybe a smile from behind the bar would help

    Mixed Experience
    One night we visited it was 5/5 - great compare, super friendly staff and great atmosphere. When we returned a few days later it was 1/5 - rude short haired barmaid too busy wanting to drink her wine and smoke, by contrast the shorter lady was super fast and friendly. Compere was terrible hosting karaoke but was out of tune. Also be aware they don't take card payments, witnessed the rude barmaid twice being full of attitude to younger customers who didn't see the tiny sign behind her.

    Review of: La Bamba Karaoke Pub
    Poor show
    Went here for a wee sing song, but ended up waiting a long time and kept getting bumped down the queue. When it was finally my turn the English version didn’t even work!!

    Drinks expensive too
