Went with 2 friends in November. Hotel aesthetically is lovely, great décor, nice open spaces, good pool and great location right on the beach. Short transfer (although this means you will hear the odd plane but didn't bother us). Rooms were good, lovely bathrooms well equipped. Hotel is very clean, communal areas are cleaned constantly and they take Covid rules seriously. Good choice of drinks available.
Teething issues - The restaurant was a little disorganised, particularly at breakfast and dinner, not as bad at lunch. Whilst in general the choice of food is reasonable, there weren't enough staff to keep tables cleaned and turned over or cook and serve the hot food in front of you. When we spoke to hotel management they shared that Spanish furlough rules meant it had been hard to retain staff and many had flown back to the mainland, so in fairness they were doing what they could with the staff they had - hopefully things improve for them on this. The other issue was the evening entertainment, it was dire. Again, partly this is due to Covid I think, but I saw lots of very disappointed guests who return year after year. We found good entertainment in the town though.
I think once things are ironed out this would be a 5/5 venue
