We came according to recommendations, it took a long time, I want to say, nothing special, strong wind, the ocean is the same as on the whole island. It’s not worth the special trip. I was there for 10 minutes, no, I don’t recommend it.

Went with my Mum whilst staying in Corralejo. Booked online 1 x adult + camel experience, 1 x senior and 2 bus tickets. Its an early pick up and a 2 hour coach journey to get there. On arrival you still have to queue at the ticket desks to have your ticket validated, which is frustrating. You then have the opportunity to but feed for the animals, a couple of euros a bag. One contains a couple of chunks of carrot and two quarters of an apple. The other is like grass for the giraffes.

Overall it is a good day out but there is a lot of walking. Very dusty so wear comfy shoes. Plenty of toilets around. Drink and ice-cream prices aren't too bad, but I thought the food was expensive. We had brought our own lunch.

When we arrived for the camel experience, the previous group returning was quite big. I was the only person booked for my timeslot. 2 staff that spoke no English, 2 camels and a very slow, non informative or scenic 15 minute trek. Waste of time and money.

Our coach wasn't leaving until 16.30. Would have been happy to leave earlier as had seen everything. Around 90min return journey, getting back around 18.00.

The beach is amazing and this was my 3rd time. The first 35 years ago and the second about 12 years ago. I would not bother again as its now popular a full of hire cars and visitors who cant drive on dirt tracks especially when hilly!
    Suggest go early or late.
The restaurant is small but good value.
