We decided to have a break we had left early and not eaten, we ordered the breakfast excellent value. We sat outside on the patio, service was excellent the food and coffee and proper freshly juiced orange. we could not believe the price too. 2 small croissants, coffee, orange juice all for 7.60 euros.
The book shop it's self was a wonder with a great bar and piano, wished we were staying in the area to go back in the evening.

The owner is Bulgarian, a trained sommelier and has a huge amount of experience in the hospitality industry. The session was very interactive with lots of chat and ideas going backwards and forwards. He has excellent insight into how wine "works" on the palate, and with food, and we all left happy that we had a most enjoyable afternoon. learnt a lot , and quite a few laughs along the way. And, his choice of local wines and cheeses was first class.
