What a fantastic market the colour and smells as you wander around the different stalls seeing what is for sale is amazing, you can also get a bite to eat/drink at the food stalls dotted around.

We love the Santanyi Market, it’s great for stocking up on fruits and vegetables and so much fun to explore all the clothing stalls, creative jewellery and local art and craft!! Since it’s held in the market squar...
Last time we visited we coincided with an organ recital in the church at the eastern end of the square - a renowned 18th century instrument which produces a fine mellow sound - highly recommended, if you are in th...

There’s funky music, superb food (pick what you want from an array of tasty bites (personal favourite was the crab open sandwich), mini burgers, wines, beers, shaded seating and the obligatory fish market.
... of curiosity and will be certainly going back! Absolutely amazing set up and atmosphere, great selection of food and drink - you just get whatever you want from where you want and take it in to the central area.

We go to the hippy market every year... it’s pretty much the same stuff being sold every year but we love the cocktails listening to the DJ while set watching the world go by.
We visit early afternoon until dusk, and spend hours sat at the bottom bar drinking and just taking in life.

This is easily the biggest street market in Majorca, stretching from the train station at one side of the town, and winding through the street to the opposite end, with many stalls selling a diverse range of goods.
This weekly Thursday market is much more than for food--lots of things to be had, especially leather goods (I got some slippers) and clothing that is stylish and affordable.

Great for shopping as great choice of shops as well as having a market day selling clothing, food and leather goods on a Tuesday and a Sunday morning
What's really nice about this market is the setting in Alcudias historic old town, so you get to see this also, the shaded walls give a nice break from the heat and the crowded stalls.

Have bought some amazing stuff both from Saya which is a big warehouse shop full of amazing Balinese and eastern furniture and ornaments and also from the smaller stalls on the outskirts.
I can’t wait to go back when I’m ready to shop for my home!

We were fortunate however to share it with two German ladies and splitting the fare meant that it wasn't much dearer than the bus, plus the taxi driver dropped us off right next to the market.
