There is a lot to see and there are long queues to see the Nasrid palace, which is worth seeing.
There is a hotel restaurant overlooking the valley (Parador de Granada) which was very good. It took a while to be seated but the food came quickly, which was a surprise seeing there were many people eating.
We certainly needed to sit down awhile after all the walking around.
We only allowed one day in Granada, so we could not really look around the city.

We had an extensive tour of the Alhambra and a comprehensive tour of Granada as well. Peter our driver and Granada guide was excellent. The car that we rode in was very comfortable. Patricia was our guide at the Alhambra. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and excellent. - MileneEmidioCosta da Caparica, Portugal49 contributionsAlthough it's a long ride from Sevilla, I have to say the tour guide, Inez, made all the difference, commenting all along the 3-hour ride to Granada and explaning the landscape, the pueblos we were passing by, and she was really funny as well, put the whole group in a good mood. Albaicin barrio was pituresque, well worth the visit and explanation.
