During the Moorish era, this narrow street starting from the Granada Cathedral was part of the Great Bazaar of Granada selling Arabic silks, spices, and other precious goods.

Today, the Alcaiceria is home to souvenir stalls, selling a variety of Arabic craftwork. We don't buy souvenirs during our trips but it was fascinating to see this place.

What a great place to find unique and reasonably priced tiles. We drove here (very close to Grenada but might be difficult to carry items if you walk). We ended up buying beautiful handpainted tiles to bring home to the US to make a table. The prices and service was outstanding. Don't be afraid to bargain.

There is so much to choose from and it is great to dig around and see what you can find. You never know what you will discover.

This touristy photo op was fun for my friend, myself and our three teenagers. The photos (I bought several) are of good quality. They have a large selection of clothing and props to choose from.

I rated this experience a "3" because the woman taking the pictures didn't seem to be enjoying her job at all. It's a fun experience, but she was a downer. A "diez minuto" wait turned into about 40 minutes but we were patient and didn't care.

If you can ignore her attitude (or hopefully get someone else), go for it! Otherwise, skip it.

I purchased 4 pieces here and had them shipped home to the US. Hicham was incredibly helpful and patient as I combed through all of the work they had on hand. The packaging was impeccable - very secure, no damage. Moreover, the art is just beautiful. I hope to return someday to buy again! Gracias!

My wife is a perfume fan and became a little obsessed by this place in a recent trip. The museum and the patio were insightful and well maintained and the staff were extremely knowledgeable about perfume, and passionate, way beyond a normal transactional experience. My wife only regrets not buying more…

Serallo Plaza has a good amount of shops in it and an extensive amount of places to eat, something for everyone with more expensive designer shops and some less expensive shops too. There is also a supermarket and a gym which is highly convenient. The mall is always extremely clean and the toilets are well maintained.

Better stuff here than at some other places. Good quality and range. We bought a number of things as a result that we didn't see elsewhere.

This very unique and beautiful galss bowl was hand made by Reez. I was lucky to find this small workshop while I was strolling around in Albaycin in Granada. Every items they had in their store were beautiful and high in quality. I fell in love with this large glass bowl instantly. Reez knows how to ship items internationally in a professional manner. I highly recommend to stop by this little store runs by very artistic and kind couples. You will be glad you did!

All I can say is - try everything you can! I got the peanut, pistachio and cashew brittle and each was to die for. The staff was very nice to confirm ingredients as well to ensure I could safely consume them with my food allergies. I will definitely visit again!

Great place to visit in Granada, listening to the owner talk about what he has for sale and the local history is always educational. Look out for the interesting pictures and engravings, ceramics and furniture. A must.
