The wide ranging museum has some really good items on display...in all a very absorbing museum...one of the best I have seen and well worth a visit if you are even only slightly interested.

I really liked that they were display thematically - there was a pharmacy, music shop, grocery store but also a school, few living rooms and kitchens, a bathroom and more.
This museum is nicely laid out, very spacious and had typical clothes, rooms, cars, businesses & military examples from the DDR era.
