    One of the best tours we’ve ever done
    Excellent 3 hour tour visiting several great points of interest you just wouldn’t see with the big tours. Lots of sights to during the drive around the city. German beer and Schnapps at the lake was a nice touch. Communication was excellent before and on the day, picking us up from the ports terminal. Heiko was great tour guide, friendly with a good sense of humour. Your also very safe as he was previously a police man and head of a security company. The large 4X4 Volvo was very comfortable for 4 of us. One of the best port tours we’ve ever done and we really loved Hamburg.

    must try!
    absolutely fun! i was the only 1 one who booked for the slot, but they were still willing to hold the tour for me. thankfully my hostel mate joined me last minute!

    the lady boss made sure we were safe and gave clear instructions all the way. i wanted to book the city tour too cause it was just sooo awesome, unfortunately they had no more slots the next few days i was still in hamburg =(

    in any case, it was exhilarating to travel 90km/hr at one point on a real street (did the country tour) where im so close to the ground, feeling the wind smashing into me, i suddenly thought maybe that's why racecar drivers love to race! cause it felt so exciting!

    Amazing tour, awesome guide
    The tour was just great to get to know the area and its history. Our tour guide Florian put so much effort into turning this trip into a wonderful experience in spite of current restrictions and he absolutely succeeded. A highlight was the beer tasting at the end of the tour and the fact that we could see corners of the area we wouldn't even have noticed. We can only recommend it!

    Freindly and excellent service
    the tour guide is very knowledgable and very kind. He brings us to several off beaten road. very friendly guy. I am so sorry that he get scolded by the hotel staff because we borrow the bathrooms. very recommended tour service.

    Not great, poor service
    Very unpleasant service. We were with 8: one forgot a hardcopy of his passport, so could not join (fully our own mistake). However, this would not have been a problem if the activity would have started on time rather than half an hour earlier so that we could collect the passport. Further, the activity finished after 1:15 hours; where 2 hours is offered. Service was unfriendly, activity was ok, although safety is not always guaranteed (100km/h in a kart on public roads). Not suitable for tall people.
