The spa will make you relax in ways you were not sure was possible. Situated inside one of the better hotels in Europe, this place is everything you want and need. You do not have to be a guest of the hotel to book a spa treatment. And you really should. The absolute relaxation, professionalism and loving people who work there will make you so relaxed you feel like you sleep, and dream.

Excellent Thai massage delivered with good skills and a nice friendly customer service manner. The establishment decor is very tasteful and very well appointed. Clearly well looked after and very clean . I was able to obtain a walk up 90 min massage ata very reasonable price. Recommended

Had a lovely time at my Thai spa! The massage was so good. I came in with a tight shoulder due to stress and the masseus was able to notice the knot and removed it!
After I came out they served us tea! Ans Sophia greeted me with a smile and made me feel like home ❤️ Thank you so much for the great time!

If the sun is shining and it is warm enough to use the outdoor area, this place is awesome. There is a lawn that you can lay on and you can bring your own food and drinks, so it is perfect for a cheap afternoon activity.

The indoor area is also nice, but not nearly as big as outdoors. If only the indoor pool is available due to the weather, you won't need an entire afternoon. Maybe an hour or so.

We went here on a Thursday morning and it was nice and quiet. I imagine that probably changes during the weekend.

..., & the facilities are absolutely above reproach, ranging from the luxurious to the crazy cool. You'll want to note that they don't accept Visa, & it's a good idea to bring your own bathrobe & sandals. The wristband locker key technology is also rad. Unfortunately I started to get these weird hateful vibes from some of the other patrons, & slowly it dawns on me that I basically represent all the body hair & tattoos in the entire building, & when this one couple made a big production of washing off the area where I'd just been sitting, I decided it was time to leave. So in other words, a great place to go if you're the right kind of person. CR

The whole experience was blah-blah. Some nice Romanian ladies, but felt so claustrophobic. They don’t advise that obligatory u need to put ear-plugs. My ears were crazy two weeks after the experience

My husband and I are planning a trip to the Frisian Islands in June,2022 to visit distant relatives. We gave up plans for Copenhagen because of confusing vaccine restrictions concerning our booster being 9 months old when we'll travel there. We thought we'd just fly in and out of Hamburg. I know it's not Copenhagen, but is it worth planning a few days sightseeing there? Or is it heavily commercial/industrial with little charm for a U.S. traveler?
Answer: Oh, I think Hamburg is a great city. And certainly worth a visit.

You can visit the "Binnenalster" with its posh shops. There is the "Speicherstadt", this is where they used to trade in spices and all that. There is an interesting museum there, called "Dialogue in the Dark". You need to reserve a spot on a guided tour, and then you lock in all your belongings, especially the phone, a watch with a luminescent dial and things like that. For the idea of the place is to experience it as blind people would, so it is completely dark. You get a long white cane, and there is a guide who is blind or almost blind themselves, so they know their way around in the dark.

And inside, you can explore things such as a spice market, I remember touching coffee beans. There was also a bicycle, a car and a letter box. All of course very clean, not dusty as these things usually are when you encounter them in the wild.

And then we sat down and could buy a little snack, such as a chocolate bar or similar. Yes, the money was all handled in the dark, and the lady told me that I had given her 5 Cents too much and gave them back to me. Even though I tried.

Then, the guide told us a little about how blind people live. I found it very interesting and this is definitely a recommendation. ... And while waiting for your tour, why not visit the nearby customs museum? You could do worse.

Are you interested in planes? I'm asking because they build them in Hamburg, that is, airbus does. They assemble the fuselage in Hamburg, and the wings in Bremen, some other components in France. You can visit the museums in Hamburg and Bremen, but must reserve your spot on the tour well in advance. (Bremen is right next to Hamburg, 1:09 to 1:25 on the local train and less on the ICE).

Oh, and there are boats in Hamburg that are part of normal public transportation, so you can take them with your day ticket. (I do recommend you buy a day ticket.) For instance from Elbchaussee to Finkenwerder, and then you still need to take the bus for a couple of stops to reach the Airbus place.
