Our tour guide Florian put so much effort into turning this trip into a wonderful experience in spite of current restrictions and he absolutely succeeded. A highlight was the beer tasting at the end of the tour and the fact that we could see corners of the area we wouldn't even have noticed. It was the most expensive pup crawl i've been on and it was the worst. 8PM is too early to go out in the reeperbahn, even on a friday. we essentially paid 47 euro to go to two dead bars that we could have gone to for free. You get cheap Astra beer for the first hour, but its all pre-poured into towers so the beer isn't even cold.
We started off in an irish pub, with no people there besides the 3 groups of men that showed up for the pub crawl. The guide said "just so you know the next spot will be quieter than this, so don't have high expectations". what is the point of going on a pub crawl if the guide can't even facilitate a good atmosphere? The guide looked bored out of her mind and was asking people not to leave. We decided to just leave after the second spot because it was completely pointless staying. Biggest waste of time and money. it's actually criminal that they charge this much money for this heap of crap.

I was on time at the meeting point but after 5 min I was alone still. I decided to contact the customer service of get your guide (I booked with them) and the person who answered me told me that he will call the partner there. After few minutes, the person told me to wait 5-10 minutes and that the guide will come to pick me up and to contact him if not. I waited 10 min and nobody came so the person said that he will call the partner again... After few minutes the person told me that there is no party tonight because I booked too late (around 9:30-10 am with confirmation mail, it's too late for a meeting at 10:30 pm...? 🤔First joke🤦🏻♀️). I'm asking myself if the customer service really called the partner the first time, otherwise it means that in 10 min the partner decided to cancel it 😉(second joke🤦🏻♀️). At the end I waited 30 min for nothing in Reeperbahn which is nice when there is group but for a girl alone it can be unsafe if she stay alone too long... Anyhow, the whole thing is a joke, not professional, they offered me to have a refund. Today 19th I still have nothing. So guys, run away from this because you will waste your time and loose your money.
