    Review of: Talixo
    travel from Newark Int'l Airport to Manhattan
    Driver communicated well by text, arrived fairly promptly, and we had a smooth drive to our destination. Only weird aspect of it was that we received a text the night before from Talixo informing us of the driver's name and vehicle type, but the driver who showed up was not that person nor was he in that vehicle.

    Review of: Berlin Excursion
    Excellent Historical Tour by Rickshaw
    We booked our three hour tour late but our guide, Levent Aydin, and his Rickshaw "Elena" was fantastic in every way. Levent was extremely knowledgeable of all the historical sights and points of interest in Berlin. We felt safe in the rickshaw and enjoyed Levent's sense of humour and commentary.

    Great Service
    We were so pleased with all services we received from Tom and his associates while in Berlin to pick up our beautiful new Papillon puppy. Tom was extremely responsive to any requests we had, getting back with us in the middle of his night, if that was when we contacted him. All texts and emails were quickly and efficiently handled, and all requests handled expeditiously.

    Tom arranged a private 4-hour tour with Klaus while we were there. We learned so much from Klaus for such a short time. Klaus picked us up is a spacious new Mercedes, which was most comfortable. Klaus saw that our every need was met.

    So glad we booked the airport transfer with Tom for our return to the US. We had been assured by the Adlon hotel that someone would be available to help us get a taxi for our 3:30 AM transfer to the airport. When we were ready to leave the Adlon, there was no one in the hotel lobby who could have gotten us a taxi, nor was there any traffic that might have been a taxi. Thank goodness we had pre-booked with Tom for that airport transfer and that Tom had booked us with Sebastian.

    Sebastian helped us get our luggage out of the hotel, into the car, and into the airport and to the correct kiosk for check in. An invaluable service. He made everything so easy.

    What a great group to deal with. We highly recommend Tom and his associates for any transportation needs while in Berlin!

    Review of: T3-Limo-Berlin
    Amazing Christmas Market Crawl
    Sebastian and the T3 Limo were exactly as we had hoped! He was flexible and informative in planning and incredibly skilled and fun as a driver. Both making for a wonderful experience of touring the Christmas Markets of Berlin!

    Review of: 3tx Dreiradtaxi
    Berlin from a different Angle
    Met Stefan by coincidence when taking a break on a bench close to the DDR Museum. We got to talk and decided to take a ride with him to Bernauer Straße to see an authentic stretch of the wall. My God what a brilliant decision. Stefan was fab-u-lous! It was the right mixture of knowledge and fun. It made it possible to see Berlin from a different angle and gain a lot of insider background information. The 3tx number is stored in my phone and I will definitely be calling it during my next visit in Berlin! Thanks for making our Sunday! (I know it should have only been a short trip which extended to nearly 2 hours but we loved it)

    Review of: REMAZ TOURS GmbH
    Worst Tour Company
    This is going to be a longish review. If I could give Remaz Tours 0 stars, I would, this was the worst experience I ever had of all the numerous trips I have made over the years.
    Remaz Tours are out there to scam people. Before I even left for the "Magnificent Tour package of Dubai", when I was sent the vouchers for the hotel I discovered that they have changed the advertised hotel (Emirates Grand Hotel which is close to the Burj Khalifa and looks very nice, with goo reviews on TripAdvisor) to AL Khaleej Plaza which is way out, close to the airport. It turned out to be even more horrible than I thought, it is dirty, dated (looks like something from the 1960s), even seedy (2 star hotel). When I complained, I was offered an even worse hotel option! The reception staff was nice and helpful but that didn't make up for the overall bad impression. The breakfast was also very poor.
    Then the first morning I had a "city tour" planned by Remaz Tours. I was given a one hour window to be picked up. After that hour I started calling the local rep several times but they didn't answer the phone. I sent some messages to Remaz Tours through TourRadar (that's where I found this package) and finally after 2 hours I was informed that the tour is cancelled. I was refunded (about $30) and I decided to get a hop-on hop-off day pass which was more than double that price! I had to cut it short actually because in the evening I had a Dhow Cruise starting at 6pm. I was supposed to be picked up between 4 and 5pm, I was picked up at 5:30 and dropped at the wharf just before 6pm with the following: wait here 5-10 minutes and the ship will come. The ship came about 30 minutes later and as more and more people were dropped off, there was a total chaos boarding it. We finally started our 6pm cruise at 8pm! The ship itself was awful, the food they served was even worse, cold and tasteless, I couldn't see much of Dubai from the seat I was directed to sit down.
    The last activity was the "Desert Safari". The same story - pickup between 2-3pm, actual pickup at 3:30. Again, a huge crowd, the same awful food as on the "cruise", long lines to get any food from the open "buffet", lots of waiting before anything started.
    The last straw came at the checkout from the hotel. When I checked-in, they asked for 60AED city tax which was not included in the package AND a 200AED deposit in case I have expenses at the minibar, etc. I paid with my credit card, thinking that the deposit will be refunded on the credit card. The receptionist took out a 200AED banknote for the refund and said they cannot refund my credit card as the charge already went through. EVERYBODY can refund on a credit card!!!! After some fuss, he agreed to give me some US$ in cash and some AED which luckily I could spend at the Duty Free. What exactly do they think that someone can do with 200AED at 2am before leaving the country at 4am?
    Oh yes, the pickup for the airport was 5-10 minutes late as well but I got there in time. Glad that I am home! The only good experience related to Dubai was the flight with Emirates which I bought separately.
    Please DO NOT USE REMAZ Tours if you want to enjoy your vacation. Again, it is the WORST experience I ever had on a trip (I have visited 70 countries so far!). Anyways, Dubai is overrated in my opinion, it's boring, has no personality. I went there only for 3 days/4 nights after a wonderful trip to Egypt (fortunately not with Remaz Tours).
    I don't write many reviews, but this experience was so bad that I wanted to warn potential Remaz customers.

    Review of: Private Tours Berlin
    very informative tour from an excellent guide
    Sebastian took us on a 4 hour tour starting with a really good quick overview of German history that helped put all the sights in context. Charming and very knowledgeable with a handy folder of pictures and photos that really brought the history to life. Had we not had Sebastian we would have missed so much detail Thoroughly recommended.

    Review of: Berlin Veloklaus
    Highlight of our stay!
    This is a must do specially if you're visiting Berlin for the first time.

    Klaus is a wonderful tour guide, explains a lot of history details, makes the tour very flexible, depending on your likes and dislikes and specially we go to the places that are a must see but also places that only locals can take you (the true berlin wall!)

    This was the perfect way to have a brief knowledge about the city, great way to travel too - altough it looks like a bike, it is very comfortable - Klaus provides you a big and cozy blanket and two hot water bags to keep you warm during the tour.

    If you're looking for a new way to explore the city, this is it, don't miss it!!
