The price was reasonable and it was a large Mercedes van. The confirmation arrived immediately. Driver was monitoring my arrival and called as soon as we landed. He was waiting at arrivals door with my name held up.
Driver was friendly, courteous and extremely professional in every way. He answered our questions since he was a native so knew everything we asked!
Just a pleasant way to start our vacation.

They cancelled a trip b/c they could not find a driver, however they never notified us. We had to find a new driver on a Sunday, which was not easy. It would have been a good deal if you use public transportation. It seemed that most of the places I was going were either walkable or would require several transfers with public transit, so I didn't use the public transit.

Tom was extremely responsive to any requests we had, getting back with us in the middle of his night, if that was when we contacted him. All texts and emails were quickly and efficiently handled, and all requests handled expeditiously.
Tom arranged a private 4-hour tour with Klaus while we were there. We learned so much from Klaus for such a short time. Klaus picked us up is a spacious new Mercedes, which was most comfortable. Klaus saw that our every need was met.
So glad we booked the airport transfer with Tom for our return to the US. We had been assured by the Adlon hotel that someone would be available to help us get a taxi for our 3:30 AM transfer to the airport. When we were ready to leave the Adlon, there was no one in the hotel lobby who could have gotten us a taxi, nor was there any traffic that might have been a taxi. Thank goodness we had pre-booked with Tom for that airport transfer and that Tom had booked us with Sebastian.
Sebastian helped us get our luggage out of the hotel, into the car, and into the airport and to the correct kiosk for check in. An invaluable service. He made everything so easy.
What a great group to deal with. - Ennio Annio2 contributionsDistribusion provides a marketplace for local transport to sell tickets and manage reservations. This is all nice on paper.
The portal they provide is their main product and that is terrible. Because of poor communication, UX and inexplicable lag on the portal I ended up buying three tickets instead of one. In 2023 it is unacceptable to have such a poorly implemented checkout system, especially considering that this is their core business. The major problem is that they are completely unreachable by neither me nor the local transport company.
It almost feels like they are aware of the problem, but rather lean on it to sell more tickets.
I urge any local transport company that plans to do business with Distribusion to second guess their decision.
