I enjoyed going to the zoo. We were able to see all the animals and especially the monkeys. The aquarium is beautiful. It is filled with so many unique fishes. It is very easy to get around and the cafeteria is big. You can eat and shop at the zoo.

The foyer of this cinema is straight out of the 60's, but the auditorium has contemporary reclining seats and foot stools! Loads of leg room and great sound.

I’ve been to a few different IMAX screens and this was by far the best, the soundstage and screen was perfect. If you get the chance, go and experience it !

From the outside..you are transported to another world of movies, premiers, adventure..history.
Visiting and attending one of many events, movies etc...is a MUST when visiting wonderful Berlin!
Fabulous seating lots of room...and a glass of wine, next to me, on a small table at my theater seat.
Let the entertainment begin. BRAVO! Been there SEVERAL TIMES!!

beautiful and amazing! can highly recommand it! it´s worth to come earlier to enjoy this wonderful interior decoration with a beer or espresso or other drinks! also you can use the "steammachine". watched the movie "Three Faces" with two friends and we had the whole cinema room for us alone. you can watch there much movies. especially some independent movies or art movies or not-mainstream movies and classics movies you can´t find in the soulless popcorn temples. can´t wait for my next visit tomorrow. for parents they have also "Kinderwagenkino" two times a week at 11am. it means baby carriage cinema - you can take your baby in the buggy in the cinema room.

It is fun to see a film in the Sony Center and the cinema is a good one with comfortable seating, enough legroom, and good sound systems.

The have tons of OV showings, meaning in the original version (not dubbed), so if you are looking to see a Hollywood film in the original English this is a good place to go.

One caveat, unlike pretty much every other large movie theatre in Germany, this one does not take credit cards, only cash or German debit cards.

Went there to see a film and the comedy show after in the same room last week. Maybe 80 seats or so. Both were great, and there is a really nice bar at the front where we had some grub before and many drinks during. A really great place where you have your entire evening in one spot

Kino Intimes is a very cool looking building located in the vibrant Friedrichshain district of Berlin.
An evocative looking building, it looks old and cosy ,great decor and furnishings, lots of interesting features abound throughout this building, theres also a very busy and popular restaurant and bar attached,we enjoyed a bottle each of Astra beer ,sitting outside this building was cool ,enjoying an iced cold beer and soaking up the sun was cool.
Kino Intimes is easy to locate and Boxhagener Straße, a street and area teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants and some pretty eclectic architecture.
Well worth checking out if your in the Friedrichshain district.

i love this cinema with the small cute showrooms. you can have a coffee or lemonade while waiting for your friend before the film. after the film you can discuss it in the cosy bar next door. eiszeit kino offers also the OV with subtitles.

Small but precious. The cinema theatre is located in the heart of Kreuzberg, almost ideally with respect to multiple possibilities of getting there (via public transport, bike, by car) without much trouble. There, regular and festival films from all around the world are constantly shown, both dubbed and in their original language (with subtitles). Moreover, there are movies run there you won't see at any other cinema. The cinemahalls are equipped with all which any film fan's heart desires, the chairs are comfortable, prices moderate... What else does one really need?

Summer in Berlin and having the opportunity to go to the open air cinema. Great setting in the lively neighborhood of Kreuzberg. To make yourself comfortable you can take a pillow and a blanket and of course get yourself a drink and some snacks. The movie experience was real nice, being outdoor see bird fly by hear some of the neighborhoods noise and watch a movie. After the movie you can go to the pubs that are in the neighborhood. For us it was a great way to spent our summer evening in Berlin.

Read about the this old Berlin cinema and living close by during christmas we had to go for a visit. We spend and evening in the old cafe having a coffe and a whisky and a beer and a coffe - just relaxing. we didnt see any movies - this time. We will for sure be returning though. Its just like being send back in time and the cafes customers ( probaly regulars) where - like us feeling good in the 1930 vibe that the hole place had. The cinema - which we sneaked in to see.. just for a second - was small and intime around 30 seats. Very nice place to hangout in a cafe anno 1930.
