Firstly I cannot praise the staff enough when I had to call them to change the date of our visit due to the weather forecast being not so great on the date we originally booked. So nice and so helpful!

The trip itself was absolutely mindblowing! Having been on many cable cars all over the Alps and the Canadian Rockies I think this was probably the best. There are so many different aspects and viewing platforms plus of course Step into the Void which was absolutely terrifying (in a good way of course!) We also absolutely loved getting off at the mid-way station to go to the Plan de L'Aiguille Bar, a little hut where you could sit out on the terrace surrounded by snow with a beer with the sheer rock faces so close you felt like you could reach out and touch them. The only sound was the cable cars chugging slowly past. Beautiful! An absolute must-do!

Just back from a long weekend skiing in Brevent and Flegere, Chamonix.
We purchased the lift passes online and just scanned the email confirmation to be given our ski passes automatically.
All lifts were open and working well.
Most of the pistes were well groomed although some were left with deeper snow.
An excellent ski resort with a variety of grades of piste.

The way to this lake is not paved you have to wear proper shoe to reach there, and usually you will visiting after the icy mountain wearing ice shoe, that for me was not suitabl, the lake itself is small nothing much to see.

This review is going to be slightly speculative but I'll try to apply a bit of logic, so please work with me for a moment. We came here when it was raining. Some lady on our TG train told us the zoo would be a great place to visit on a rainy day and, yes, it rained, and, no, this ain't a great place for rain, and, no, this ain't even a zoo. Thank you, Lady In Seat 66 Who Ate Onions And Talked Often. With clouds surrounding us for most of the morning, literally surrounding us, not above us, not just over us, but, like, inside our clothes, and our crevices, creeping into my cheek meat, it was hard to get the best panoramic view possible. That's half of what's amazing about this park -- the view. You're on the opposite side of the valley from Mont Blanc and you're getting a spectacular vantage point, which the Park People really do try to accommodate with designated vista points and stuff. And the other half? Of the reason to come? The animals? Didn't see most of them because it was raining and they apparently peace'd out just before we got there but we did meet a ton of Ibex, not just in the Ibex area but all over the trails just randomly doing Ibex stuff. The signage and learning plaques are really well done. You can learn how to spell Ibex. There's a fun cafe and a gift shop and the staff is really nice. On the day after we went here, the weather got good and we saw killer views from this same exact mountain so I'm deducing, with basic western logic, that the view from this park is world class. Worth the trip up.

Hi just to clarify, i am a 16 yo boy who is an average or above average skier. Do the VB before it is gone, the veiws are amazing and the offpist is great. get a guide, our guide took us to a beutiful powerd are where we made our own tracks. I belive that mostly everyone can complete the VB. The only downsides with the VB in my opinion was the hike at the end. It really killed my legs hahha. All in alldo the vb before it is gone, just relax and enjoy the experience.

It is a cabinet made from glass protruding from the mountain hanging high in the air more than 3800 m many people will find it amazing and fantastic but for me it was scary.

In a January with little snow, we arrived here after 30cm+ of new snow and a bluebird day. Steep terrain offered multiple options for advanced intermediate to expert skiers both on and off piste.

Well worth a visit to experience both this as a natural wonder but also the work that must have gone on initially and ongoing to make the gorge accessible to the public. The gorge itself is spectacular the river running through it in a series of falls culminating at the top with a tiny crevice and viewing bridge

We've been bringing family and friends to Cham and particularly the Ice Grotto for years. You'd better get here relatively soon - like the wicked witch, the ice is melting!!

This is a great way to see across the valley with a Panorama from Bellevue at one end past Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi, Les Drus, Grand Montets up to Col du Balme at the other end. The TMB path to La Flegere and beyond can also be clearly seen.

We had our first ski lessons at Des Planards and we found the area to be great for beginners. We also went on the luge, which was good fun as long as you're not behind people who go slow! My 8 year old loved the ride, but its not automated so you can manually brake. She went on 4 times in all and 3 of them were frustrating as the people in front were very slow and so it prevents you from gaining full speed. As other people have noted - its worth buying a few tickets in advance.

(About Lac Blanc): You have to hike up there we took one lift and hiked the rest of it. We have a good condition so we didn’t need as much time as the signs said. The view was great. We spent an hour around the lake, all to enjoy the view. Afterwards we hiked a bit down to a smaller lake which you can see from Lake Blanc. Took the same route back to the lift because we couldn’t hike from Lac Blanc to L’Index because of snow and were not trained hikers. When we were back at the lifts we had lunch (fine prices) and hiked up to L’Index. That was a tough one to hike up. But so worth the view! If you’re condition is not that great, I’d suggest to take the lift to L’Index and only hike down.
