Obviously you have to visit the Eiffel Tower. We did learn a few things during planning and the experience itself.
    1. If you want to take the elevators you should book within seconds of the tickets becoming available 60 days before if it’s the busy season. But know that you still have to wait in the security line and you still have to wait in the line for the elevators.
    2. If you are okay taking stairs to the 2nd floor with or without the elevator to the summit, you can buy tickets the same day you go. You should get there early, like an hour before they open. We were one of the first in line for security and then for the stairs area. We got tickets and made it up to the second floor quickly and had no wait for the elevator to the summit. Then we went down and took our time in both the first and second floors. The lines for stairs and elevators at the base of the tower get long super fast in the summer, both for those with and without tickets; hence, go early.
    3. Regarding stairs, we don’t exercise much and were exhausted from several days of climbing stairs at other attractions, and we still did fine taking the Eiffel stairs, albeit with a few stops for a rest. We did see some elderly people really struggling with the stairs.
    4. We are so glad we didn’t pay extra to take a “guided” tour with “skip the line” tickets. We stood in the same line they did, and they still had to exchange vouchers for actual tickets in another line when we were in the stairs ticket line. The information sounded fun, so if you like someone telling you interesting details it will probably be worth it. If you are just expecting to skip lines, you’re better off with a combo of buying tickets early through the official website and arriving early to the tower.
    5. Food: there are two expensive restaurants. But, there are also sandwiches and pastries and snacks you can get. Those are still expensive for what you get, but not too crazy. The macarons at the top we found to be mediocre.
Overall, it was very fun, totally worth the experience, and we’re glad we went early in the morning.

Located not too far from central Paris, we bought our tickets seven days prior when they become available online. We arrived for our timed entry queue 20min prior and was allowed to enter ticketing and security very promptly. Toilet facilities are available after ticketing prior to security and it was recommended as there are no toilet facilities down in the catacombs. Straight after security screening, we were handed our audio-guides and the tour begins with the descent down into the catacombs. It was a metal winding-stairwell 130 steps all the way down. There are no stops along the stairwell until the very bottom however it is wide enough to allow faster people to pass. There were several relatively level corridors before reaching the catacombs. The halls and corridors of the catacombs does stretch into the darkness where they are fenced off. The path winds through several notable structures before finally terminating at the underground mini-hall which was once used as a concert get-together.

From here the only way is up via similar metal stairwells all the way to the surface. The gift shop, another block of toilet facilities and a very welcomed sitting bench welcomes you at the top of the stairwell. There are no lifts so ensure you are physically capable to take on the ascend and descend prior to visiting the catacombs. It is a recommended visit to see another side of Paris, but definitely keep an eye on the ticket availability as they do sell out quickly and no tickets are sold on the premise. Probably not recommended for strollers or wheelchairs.

We had a wonderful time! My younger son was obsessed with the Paris Metro so we were delighted to find this escape room! We had such a wonderful time figuring it out and loved how realistic it felt. We left wishing we had another escape room booked!

I really don't know where to start with this review. I stumbled upon this experience while looking for something that wasn't a museum or visiting a historical landmark for my kids to enjoy while in Paris. As a family, we like doing escape rooms so I thought this would be along the lines of that. Boy, was I wrong! This activity was a fully-immersive experience that made you feel like you were on a real police case searching for a serial killer. The actors were so in character, the multiple sets were so detailed and creepy, I can't say enough good things about it. When I read the reviews before booking, every one of them raved about it and I can totally see why. This was by far, the best thing we did while in Paris. And it had absolutely nothing to do with the city! We were tailing people on the street, finding suspects and questioning them, breaking into a killer's lair. It was amazing. For reference, it was myself, husband and two teen boys ages 16 and 14. My 14 year old is not easily scared so I knew he'd be OK. But I'd caution against much younger than that. Like I said, it was very realistic and even though I knew it was not real, there were moments I was genuinely scared. In addition, there is some language and inappropriate things scattered about some of the places not to mention the whole killer storyline. Anyway, if you get a chance to do this, you won't regret it.

It’s a great experience especially for first time,
It gives you a great insight of being a real life pilot.

I've done dozens of escape rooms, and I really loved this one. Very immersive. Great live actors, and realistic props.

Note that the game starts from when you enter the building. The staff are in character from the beginning. (Don't expect to be offered tea and a bathroom beforehand.) This helps the escape feel more real.

    I highly recommend it

Our family of five, two teens and an 11 year old, had the absolute best time on this tour. The bikes are easy to ride and the tour is well thought out making the route, rider friendly in a way that feels safe. Our tour guide Fabien was AWESOME! Fabien was witty and smart and made us laugh right from the start. He had so many great stories, knowledge of history and knew many secret spots for us to visit where no other tourists were. It was an incredible day full of Paris charm. We can’t thank you enough Fabien.

My wife and I did Cannibal Island and had a great time. Our game master, Lisa, was great. She welcomed us as soon as we arrived and sat with us in the lobby to chat, smiling the entire time. The room(s) are very well done and a lot of fun. We've done about 25 escape rooms and have to say that Paris has some of the best.

I ran this in October 2021, after two previous postponements with Covid. It was well worth the wait.

The route is just stunning. Think of almost any of Paris's many landmarks and the route goes past almost every one. From a start in a packed and pumped Champs Elysee, Le Louvre, Opera Garnier, Bastille, through Vincennes, back along the Seine and with the Eiffel Tower coming out from the sky at around 28k. You finish coming out of the Bois de Boulogne with the Arc de Triomphe in sight. They are testing this route for the Olympics in 2024 and that will be some spectacle.

I ran in glorious sunshine, and Paris like this is just sublime. If you get that, you will have the race of a lifetime. The course was well stocked with water and food stops, and cake in particular every 5k or so was a big winner.

The expo is out in Porte de Versailles, but was well organised and big enough. Only gripes are needing to get a doctor's certificate for it, issues with the website/app service. The medal is sadly a disaster: essentially just advertising the sponsor, trying to be kooky (I think(, has little to identify with Paris and is made as cheap and as flimsy as possible. A medal for a city like Paris shouldn't be hard to do well, but this one is the worst I have seen. I'd probably run it again just to get a proper one.

Nothing but good things to say about the city itself, other than try to stay a day or two after to properly enjoy it. And when booking hotels, there really isn't much difference in size and quality for a lot of them. Booking the location is key; ideally away from the main tourist spots where real Paris still exists. Many of the hotels will be exactly the same anyways, unless you can afford something very special.

Good balance between decorations, mechanic puzzles, padlocks. Fair price. I would put double 5 star. That will be one of my favourite rooms in paris
