- Bob S9 contributionsI ordered my Paris Visite metro pass through Office du Tourisme and decided to pick up the pass at Gare du Nord in Paris upon my arrival from Amsterdam. Getting the pass took all of 5 minutes as it was already prepared and there was just a small line. Was able to start using the pass on the Paris Metro immediately to take the subway from Grad du Nord to Paris Center. Card is so easy to use too.Written May 27, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- RumplesTucson, AZ11,596 contributionsWe tried for at least 15 minutes to find this desk. Directional signs supposedly pointed the way, but they led us in circles. I stopped to ask for help at various counters, where staff either did not know where the desk is or told us to keep following the signs. The crowds and high temperature in the store increased our discomfort as we went round and round like rats in a maze. Eventually we gave up and left the store to continue shopping elsewhere.Written February 12, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - M R71 contributionsLanding at CDG we spoke to a representative of visitparisregion and after speaking with her about ticket packages we settled on the purchase of basic metro tickets in a package of 10 as well as tickets for RER to arrive at Gare du Nord. Unfortunately after purchasing more metro tickets today I realized that they charged us more than what RATP charges. Yes buyer beware but I didn’t think they’d try to make more money off unsuspecting visitors on simple metro tickets. They charged me €18,60 for 10 tickets and €11,40 for one RER ticket. RATP charges €16,90 for 10 metro tickets and €10,30 for RER.Written November 18, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
