Trotting races with large fields and crowds waving flags. I have visited over 100 racetracks and this was the first to serve Moet & Chandon at the snack bar not to mention crepes. They also had the token popcorn which is necessary at a track. For any harness fan this race is a pilgrimage you must make.

Located in the 3rd, this is a lovely park, for a sit and lunch, as there is plenty of seating, a lovely pond and nice garden areas.

Visited here for the 1st time Oct 19. We arrived a few hours early as was being advertised to enjoy the atmosphere and that there would be loads going on, this was not the case,. We arrived early but there was very little going on, not much of an atmosphere, nothing compared to Irish or UK tracks. The Q for the bar was not too bad, pint of Carlsberg was coming in at €9 (€8 if you returned with your cup) . The Q for the ladies was a bit long, the mens were even worse! And the Q for the food stalls were very long also. Overall good day out but defo wouldn't compare to tracks back at in Ireland / UK!

It is a very nice park to stroll in and especially good for those with children due to the playground area. I think it will also be a nice place to have picnics. I've been there twice and both times it was not crowded at all.

A very nice park with some things to do or just to sit and enjoy contemplating life. Unfortunately the weather wasn't that good, when we visited, but stil, we liked it.

Stumbled across this park and spent some lovely hours there.
Excellent range of kids play areas, places to walk and animals too!

Caveat this was a visit during July 2020 whilst restrictions are still very much in place

    - the slot was sold as 2.30-4.30 online. I arrived about 2.25 and didn’t get in until 3. If I was going again I’d arrive about 30-40 mins after the start of the session
    - linked to above I was told u had two hours from entry (ie I could have stayed until 5). If presumed everyone would be asked to leave at 4.30 - presumably if you arrived at 4.30 you’d get a different response but I’m not sure?!
    - to say we’d already booked on line, entry was really slow. I’d like to think this might have been to control numbers but I don’t think it was!
    - you need to wear a fitted costume and a swim hat (as standard in France). There is a vending machine with (expensive) swim hats and costumes
    - there was ZERO structure to swimming in the pool. The two lanes that looked like they were roped for actual swimming were a complete free for all. One lane we managed to get length swimming mostly going but there were still people swimming across and very different paces. The lifeguards did attempt to enforce length swimming but with only a medium level of effort
    - the location sounds more impressive than it is

Overall - if I wanted to actually swim I’d go elsewhere. If I wanted to sunbathe and jump in a pool then this would work but arrive after your session start time to minimise queues

This studio is incredible! As an avid spin class student in the United States, it was hard to find the right place here in Paris since the trend is not nearly as widespread as it is in the US. The studios here are fabulous, equipped with top notch showers and locker facilities, great staff, and high-quality bikes inside the studio itself. The instructors are fun, dynamic, and really push you with ab-busting choreography and insanely fun cardio workouts. Could not recommend more highly, especially to other Americans who are used to popular spin studios in the US looking for something of the same quality in France!

Attended the 48h L'Obstacle. 2 days of good quality racing. A 2 day ticket for a seat in the stand overlooking the finishing line was €19. Free racecards on both days. Good food and drink options which are actually cheaper than most of Paris tourist spots i.e 500ml lager €6

Use the tote automated betting machines and there is a English option on there.

Metro station outside the racecourse means it's very easy to find. (Line 10 to Boulogne, station Porte D'Auteuil).

The Parc Sainte Perine was expanded and renovated last year, so we decided to explore it. We found there a superb place to spend a warm summer afternoon. The flowerbeds are spectacular, and there is plenty of space for sunbathing. There are paved pathways for strolling through the central part of the park, and trails for "hiking" in the natural, wooded areas on each end of the park. The park size is now a little over 9 acres in size; even on a perfect day, we found it to be uncrowded and serene. It is a veritable arboretum, with many very old, magnificent trees. And yet there is also ample open space for enjoying the sun. Go there, and enjoy!

This pool is well maintained and has a dome cover that was open when we went. The lockers in the women's dressing room lock with a code you choose at no cost. The only drawback is that you cannot take pictures. We encountered this at the pool we visited in Berlin, also. Apparently picture privacy is a big issue.

A big breath of fresh air in NYC among the jungle of buildings and chaos. Central Park is a massive beautiful park always filled with energy and positive vibes. Whether you’re just visiting or taking a stroll through the park, the experience and amazing maintenance of the park are unbelievable.

No one talked english here and me and my family were told by a guard to leave the pool immediately because we did not know that we were supposed to wear a swimming hood in the pool :(
