Lili is the best! Her skillful storytelling absolutely brings the art to life - was amazing how she is able to make centuries-old work relevant to today. Her passion, enthusiasm and expertise were DaVinci-esque. If you visit the Louvre, ask for Lili! You will be in capable, expert hands.

This is a beatiful museum situated in a lively building right next to a park. When entering, you will be checked by the security. The museum has 3 storeys. There are many old artefakty, lile paintings, old clocks, furniture, plates etc. Monet exhibition is situated on -1st floor. Everything looks beautiful. Highly recommended.

It was a great opportunity to see Akseli Gallen-Kallela exhibition in the atmosphere of Musee Jacquemart-Andre. The exhibition was excellent but quite limited.

This is an outstanding cultural museum, with a great collection very well presenting in a modern fashion. It covers almost all the world outside Europe and North America with fascinating displays of archeology, art, music and every day life in remote parts of the planet.

Albert Edelfelt: Lights of Finland was a great experience. All the paintings were great and offered also some new perspectives to the artist.

Really very nice little museum (in fact it is one very large exhibition room) where you learn a lot about Dali, excellent audio tour. Only reason not to give 5 stars is that the entrance fee is about the same as the Louvre, which is like 500 times bigger. But we did enjoy ourselves.

I really recommend to visit here, because the collection and building are worth to see. We liked the most about the exhibitions on the top floors. Only problem is that it is not possible to see everything in one visit. This was our second or third visit.

I enjoyed this museum and glad we stopped in, but it is not nearly as impressive as their museum in Barcelona. On the day we attended they were also in the middle of an exhibit of one of his daughters, Maya, which was interested and of value. It is a big venue.

In any city of great museums this one would be #1 or #2. But in Paris it is a hidden gem. If at all interested in Asian art please go. One forgets how brand French colonies spread. This will remind you of power, reach, style.

The Musee d'Art Moderne de Paris (MaM) is a great museum to visit and the general entry is free !! My husband and I enjoyed walking around the different exhibits and really enjoyed our time.

A note though is they are closed on Mondays.

The museum's permanent collections, with more than 15,000 works of art, show the diverse art trends of the 20th century: cubism, Ecole de Paris, abstract art, new realism, etc. The museum houses works by Pablo Picasso, Juan Gris, Henri Matisse, Alberto Giacometti, Georges Braque and Yves Klein. In parallel to these permanent collections, large temporary exhibitions are organized. A cafeteria and bookshop are some of the additional services offered by the museum.

Great place to come while in Paris. Budget friendly activity to do all year round.

They have a lovely collection. We visited because it was raining. Glad we did though if the sun was out, I probably would have skipped it.

This huge expo palace has been the site of many extraordinary shows, but now is closed for extensive renovations. You can get a good sense of its beauty and size by walking around, but it's a shame I could not go inside.
