The spa at La Reserve is lovely. From the private changing room, to the gorgeous steam room, to the lovely pool relaxation area, to the treatment rooms — all lovely. My husband and I each had massages and each thought our therapists were wonderful. Our afternoon there was a much needed and enjoyed break from the hustle and bustle of Paris! We were not guests of the hotel, but the staff treated us extremely well, which made the whole experience perfect.

I found Zen and Sounds when I was living in the 11e and flipping through the catalouge of offerings that class pass had for the neighborhood. I was delighted to find this place and over the course of 3 months tried to go as many times as possible. The studio is clean and there is everything there that you need to enjoy a relaxing and soul soothing sound bath healing. The staff is knowledgeable and before each class there is a full explanation ( in French) of each gong and instrument that is displayed so you have some idea of what you will hear while in the gong bath journey. After living in Los Angeles the past 20 years, one would think the west coast of California to be an authority for this level of gong offerings, but I was happy to see that the French did it again and exceeded with this magnificent place.

I’ve been coming to Omm studio in the Marais on an unlimited pass (mat work only) for a period of 3 months.

The owners are extremely friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome from day one. The level of the profs is sky high, they know what they are doing, they guide, assist and most importantly they care and they remember you - one of them even helped me get rid of some extreme tensions and headaches by giving me with exercises for me to do at home - I didn’t even have to ask.

It has by far been the best experience worldwide and not to mention value for money. If I were to stay in Paris I would keep coming as often as possible.

Bref. I can’t recommend this studio enough, and I will for sure miss it.

For a girl whose end of year is tough, is alone in Paris, and kinda lost in life, this course is about empowering.

I went three times and I was the weirdo that didn’t speak French. And for anyone who’s been in this situation, you know that’s kinda social suicide. NO JOKE

Still, Camille and Florie, made me feel a part of a community and I write this almost tearing, cause that’s what I mostly want.

I am so thankful and grateful I was part of this experience and recommend it to all you ladies out there who feel a bit..off. Who maybe, are not that engaged with your body and spirit, who.. for some reason are going through changes, transitions in your life..you will find a space. Of peace, joy, recovery, trust.

This course is about what most of women need mostest: empowering and rediscovery.

Thank you to everyone involved :)
    Joyeux Noël :)

I took a class while visiting Paris. Not only was the teacher wonderful, but also the women in class with me. The teacher offered to teach half in French and half in English. The whole group could not have been more welcoming. Thank you so much!

I took Julie's Hatha Yoga class at Maitri Yoga when I was on vacation in Paris. Her class was great because it challenged me while also being the much needed relaxation and workout after a lot of travel. It was also nice to take a class with other Parisians, get away from the traditional tourist scene, and feel like a local. Granted, Julie was able to conduct a bilingual French/English class which was great because my French Yoga vocab is nonexistent, but it was interesting to practice my French in a unique way (salutation au soleil par example). I highly recommend Julie's class for anyone who loves yoga and is looking for a local experience. Julie told me that she teaches all around Paris, but I took her class at this cool little dance/art/yoga studio at 210 Rue de Belleville located in the 19th Arrondissement.

I've been getting massage from Mark for 6 months now. It is always a huge pleasure and I look forward to it every time. He has an amazing and magical space which immediately separates you from the outside world into a rich, relaxing and inspiring place. He has great touch and intuition for what you would like and what you need. I have experienced true moments of ecstasy with Mark and a massage with him is never less than a fully sensual voyage of discovery. He is friendly and welcoming and you always feel like you get all his attention. A great experience.

I've been practising Bikram for years in different studios and decided to try the classes here whilst i was on holiday.

I did 5 classes here, two in French and 3 in English and as a native English speaker I did find there easier, but as I already knew Bikram it was easy enough to do the classes in French too.
