Beautiful and large park with a lot of fauna and flora. There is also a small lake where you can go boating! Perfect for an afternoon with the family! There is also snacks to eat, I recommend !

So fun! You can walk amongst the animals: goats, cows, chickens, ponies, etc. We had a great time. Very nice playground nearby too.

Even though I stayed at probably the worst weather-time of the year, my stay was still very delightful. The grounds and hotel were well kept and adorned with the most interesting art, furniture, and decor. Made me feel like a trip back in time, in a great way! I had the smallest room in the hotel but still was happy with it. It was nice and quiet. The only thing I would improve is the bed, which will probably need replacement soon.

Breakfast was included and included an abundance of fresh foods. Also the staff was very nice and seemed happy to welcome me to the hotel.

I regret having to leave after only one night in town!

The best thing about this park is that it runs along both sides of the Rhine - so in France and in Germany. The bridges across the river are very striking. The gardens themselves have limited things to look at, but there are a few statues and an interesting walk around a raised circle.

Free to visit, there's still plenty to see even at the end of autumn when most plants are dying back. Some beautiful autumn colours, and the tropical house is of course worth going in. A lovely place to wander round.

Marguerite has created this wonderful garden on her own. Her husband Michel, has helped with the heavy work, but the rest of the creation is hers, achieved without professional help or advice. What she has achieved is incredibly beautiful, so pleasing to the eye, as well as being an oasis of peace and tranquillity.

Those are the green “Banks” on the riverside who are offering the tourists the possebilety to enjoy the nice views on for example the Vauban dam. Those walks are also passing along very beautiful half-timbered and corbelled mansions of old Strasbourg. A romantic walk not to miss the sunny days. When it happen that you have a rainy day, you still have the “Riverboats” who are covered so even on rainy day they are offering you the wonderful possibilitie to make a tour of the city and its curiosities, and this without any stress of the urban traffic. As they are carefully furnished, they allow you to see the main monuments of the city in the process and stroll through Little France.

I am not sure why it is included here as a place to visit in the city: is is just a small green area, nothing special to see.
It is interesting to know, however, that there is a public bathroom (quite clean) and a potable water fountain, on the side of the river.

It is a small park in comparison with some others in Strasbourg. The Synagogue de la Paix you will find here.

Circular trip around Strasburg city centre on a well keep and easy to board modern canal boat. Earphones provided with a running commentary on all the sites.

Nice way to relax and take the weight off your feet for about 70 minutes.
