- I highly recommend the field centre. The whole stay exceeded our expectations. We were warmly welcomed and personally shown to our accommodation. We stayed in the Roundhouse which was amazing. The food was lovely from breakfast the packed lunches and evening meals. The experiences we had with the knowledgeable rangers and the hides was exceptional. I would not hesitate to stay here againWritten November 11, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- The number of cars allowed to enter are rationed each day and there is no pre booking. Its a single track road all the way to the reservoir at the far end of the glen but there are many passing places and its not really busy at all - there are probably more raptors to be seen than other vehicles. The deer fields are a sight to behold with literally hundreds of the beast wandering. Peaceful, idyllic and quintessentially Scottish highland, it is a wee gemWritten September 3, 2022
- This truly showcases the best scenery that the Scottish Highlands have to offer this time of year, it's certainly advisable to wear stout shoes/boots and also waterproof clothing as we did but in return expect breathtaking views!Written October 18, 2021
- We visited Iain Marr's Antiques at the end of our NC500 tour, we had seen it at the beginning of our trip and promised ourselves we would return. Iain and Avril are delightful, their stock is exceptional and pricing is commensurate but fair. Having toured the highlands extensively, I recommend this place as a must, there are few opportunities to see so much fine silver in such a concentration, you will not be disappointed.
I purchased a lovely silver vesta case and will treasure it and the memories it evokes. I hope to return another year and visit once again.Written November 7, 2021
- Been wanting to visit for a while, and this wonderful gallery certainly does not disappoint. Lovely building, turned into a great display space. Some superlative works of art of different mediums well displayed. Definitely worth a visitWritten May 16, 2022
- What a surprise this was! We spent 13 days in Scotland, and this was an absolute highlight of our trip. We were staying in Inverness, and took a taxi to go for an evening at the Downright Gabbler. Our only regret was not going back for another storytelling evening. The food was amazing, and the experience was one to remember. Just a perfect amount of stories, history, folklore, and a relaxed, delicious dinner.Written September 21, 2022
- A wonderful shop! A warm welcome by well mannered and groomed staff such a difference in this day and age. The shop had a fantastic selection of high quality clothing indisplay in antique surroundings. So much I wanted to buy. Well done on your platinum jubilee window display.Written June 5, 2022
- After lunch at the Priory we called here. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. While maybe not the cheapest, this shop always had things that are a wee bit different. Needless to say my wife bought a few things as Christmas gifts. Worth a visit.Written November 12, 2020
- We took a detour to visit Aigas golf course on our journey home from the west coast to Aberdeen, and I'm so glad we did.
We hadn't booked as we weren't sure when we would arrive. The service was really very friendly and helpful and, although the course was quite busy, we were lucky and were offered a tee time.
The course is an absolute delight - so well kept, in beautiful scenery, and so peaceful with some really interesting holes. Thank you to everyone involved in running the facility, I'm looking forward to my next visit.Written August 22, 2021
