- Andrea SKilmarnock, UK3 contributionsWe took part in the Halloween Virtual Gin Tasting Saturday 31st October. Adam was our host. He was engaging, funny and had a great knowledge of the subject.
The presentation of the gins was excellent and the tasting did not disappoint. This is an excellent purchase for any gin lover and made for a fun night in.
This is probably the best virtual gin tasting there is. Can’t recommend this enough.Written November 2, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - KatScotland, UK22 contributionsSuch a beautiful beach, especially on a nice sunny day. We walked our dogs right along and it was just gorgeous. We met loads of other dog walkers and loads of families. Really really nice! Would totally recommend going if you’re in the area.Written May 21, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Colo_Traveler05Littleton, Colorado207 contributionsIt is currently closed but it's so large that you can still see it over the fences. It's a shame that it has been deconstructed and allowed to disintegrate over time. You can still get a feeling of the grand scale of the cathedral. It must have been breathtaking.Written May 10, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Colo_Traveler05Littleton, Colorado207 contributionsWhen you play the Old Course, or on a Sunday when the Old Course is closed, you must stop by to get this classic photo. You'll stand in the same place where Nicklaus, Watson, Palmer, and other famous golfers once stood. Frame it and keep it forever.Written May 10, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Tracy MHamilton, UK8 contributionsVisited the park twice on a family holiday. It was fantastic for the kids. Plenty to do and kids and adults had a fantastic time. Staff were so lovely everywhere you went in park. A big thank you to the staff at the boats as my son threw a favourite toy in the water and the guy retrieved it with help from his colleagues. Brilliant service and made a little boy very happy.Written April 15, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- victoria BLincolnshire, UK373 contributionsAlthough there is not a lot left of the castle, there is still enough there to make a visit worthwhile to St Andrews, if combined with the Abbey. Regardless, the castle is in a stunning location.
There is no car park and on street parking was tricky when I visited as it was the first week back for the students after the summer recess.
There is a shop and toilets at the castle entrance.Written November 9, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - bazlewtrevor nr llangollen38 contributionsSome areas appear to be a little in need off tender loving care...perhaps missing volunteers due to covid? But still a beautiful garden, in a beautiful, peaceful setting.Written July 16, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- KatScotland, UK22 contributionsWe were staying in the area and came across this little magical place. It made it even more special that we could bring our dogs into the gardens. The walled gardens is gorgeous and absolutely blooming in flowers at the moment. The woodland walk that takes you to the beach is so nice! The cafe is a little gem too, the biscoff bun was bloody amazing!! If we’re ever in the area again will definitely come back.Written May 21, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

Well worth a visit.Written May 28, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Annie B4 contributionsIt was cold, and windswept, but great for walking so long as you wore a coat and hat! Great little snack shack by the car park, too, where you could get cheesy chipsWritten May 17, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Drew SmithGlasgow, UK1 contributionWe went for the gin tasting while in the St Andrews area. Matthew, our tour guide, was highly educating and kept the tour interesting. Would highly recommend if you have a spare hour. - Colo_Traveler05Littleton, Colorado207 contributionsIf you enjoy golf, playing golf, or even just watching golf, a visit to the St. Andrews links is a must do. We had originally planned our trip to St. Andrews for April of 2020 but Covid got in the way. After three reschedules, we finally got there this year. It was simply the best golf experience ever.
I was fortunate to play three rounds, the Eden, the New, and the Old courses. Each round was different and kept getting better. I had to keep reminding myself where I was and to look around and not just plan my next shot. Great memories.
The Old Course was the last and most memorable. I hired a caddie (Thanks Ian) and he was a godsend. The course is so challenging that his local knowledge of bunkers and greens was invaluable. I'll never forget missing a birdie on 18 by less than an inch.
I hope to go back some day and do it again. If you get the chance, don't miss it. You'll always remember it if you do (and regret it if you don't).Written May 10, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
