- Ben L3 contributionsWe had such a great time hiking up Ben Ledi with Gordon, our guide. Gordon suggested a last minute change of hiking trails based on weather systems in the area, we are glad we listened! Our hike up Ben Ledi was challenging but mostly enjoyed with sunny skies and only short bursts of rain. Gordon was friendly and informative and helped us learn about the surrounding area’s history and nature. It was quite last notice but after a pleasant phone conversation Johan sorted me a bike and delivered it to my accomodation.
The bike was in a good condition and the ideal type of bike to explore Edinburgh and surroundings via road and John Muir way (I normally ride a road bike).
The price for the bike was really good. Service and chat even better. We traveled by ourselves but he and his team were always available if we needed them. They greeted us at the airport, took us to our hotel for the first night, and later got us safely to our rental car. The hotels he reserved for us were charming and comfortable and frequently were facing the water. We highly recommend Alex and his team at Silver Skye. We highly recommend Scotland too! - Andy6 contributionsWent recently as a team of two to do the Superhero Training Academy and we enjoyed it so much we immediately did the other one as well!
We have a reasonable amount of experience with escape rooms and found it was a good challenge for us. I think it would also be really good for larger teams of people who are fairly/totally new to them.
Shout out to Bastien who was a great GM for both games - very welcoming and gave us the perfect level of help to get us through our dumbest moments!
Not the highest quality of set-dressing, but it was really fun and engaging - which I infinitely prefer to beautiful-but-boring rooms! In just three days, Nori (our guide) led us to so many places around the Scottish Highlands and the spectacular Isle of Skye, delighting us with stories, jokes, and Scottish songs as we went. I got to go out and explore places I never thought I'd be, I met a fascinating group of fellow travelers, and I truly felt like I was welcomed into the heart of Scotland that weekend. Mel was engaging, clear, full of enthusiasm and energy.

It was a fun room with some great puzzles that we'd not seen before. We did a mini Highland games and then some archery. Both were loads of fun and very well run by our instructor James - he did a great job of instructing and encouraging us but also just having a laugh with the group.
