The airport location had a very helpful staff member who helped us to purchase two return tickets and gave us simple instructions for travel. The cost is amazing and the booking is so easy and can be done close to bus leaving if seats still available. - Tim patrick29 contributionsThe drivers are extremely patient. City full of tourists who ask a lot of questions on embarking forgetting that locals such as myself can actually help them too! Constantly darting across the streets looking the wrong way. Buses incredibly warm downstairs, not great in summer,
I noticed a lot of out of service buses and part routes around 4 to 5 pm most days. This may be due to a change of shift. The app is awful. It used to be great but I’ve got some kind of updated version which is a right hassle to use.

The buses are always spotless, and the staff are also always so kind and friendly. Our driver, Stephen Shabbir, picked us up at our Edinburgh hotel and took us on an all day excursion that included Scone Palace, St. Andrews University and the Old Course.
Stephen was very personable and very informative and went well out of his way to accommodate our desires, including a couple of shopping interludes.
The pictures he took of us on the Swilcan Bridge at the Old Course are at the top of our photo treasure list from our entire vacation!
We highly recommend Stephen and Creative Travel Connections.
