Good value for money, straight off the plane follow the signs, bus waiting, pay on board either cash or tap. Clean bus, plenty of storage for suitcases, about 20 minutes from airport to the city.

John provided transfer (and tour!) services from Edinburgh to Glasgow for our family.

He was professional, knowledgeable and had some amazing stops built in.

We had such a great time with him learning more about Scotland and all it's beauty!

    Thanks John!!

We have used Butler's Chauffeur Drive for years fo airport transfers and private tours throughout Scotland and into England. Their service is always courteous, prompt, professional and helpful... going above and beyond to help when circumstances require it. We cannot recommend them highly enough for all your transportation needs.

My wife and I traveled to Edinburgh for 10 days in April, 2023. In trying to find a transfer service, I didn't find one that I was really comfortable with until I came across Kenny Easy Travel Edinburgh. I made the right decision and all of my future trips to Scotland I will only use Kenny's service.

He was incredibly friendly, punctual, but more important - he was very communicative and was calm and apologetic for our experience with British Airways. I made the reservation and two days before we left, I was contacted by Kenny and he asked if there were any changes to our itinerary; he actually called and was quite the fellow - polite and a great sense of humor. We told him there were no changes to our plan - unbeknownst to us, British Airways (BA) would drastically change that!

We were scheduled to arrive in Edinburgh about 4:30, but that was not to be. BA cancelled our connecting flight 3 times!!! And we had to deal with a fire alarm in Terminal 5 that really set us back. I called Kenny and he was understanding and empathetic; he told us to simply call when we had a new arrival time and he would be there.

Well, we finally got to Edinburgh just before 9 pm. Kenny was waiting for us at the airport, don't know how he knew it was up, but he walked right up to us, saw my wife was exhausted and he gave her a big hug with a hearty welcome to Scotland. Our bags did not arrive due to all the cancellations and he assured us we'd have them by 11 am the next day; he was correct.

He got our carryon bags, got us in the car, offered us water, and drove to our hotel. We arrived and he carried our bags into the hotel. He is known to the staff, and our hotel recommends him to guests looking to travel anywhere by car in Scotland; we stayed at the Glasshouse Marriot, which is a fabulous hotel.

We mentioned we had a flight to Wales in a few days and if he would be available to take us to the airport. He said absolutely, and recommended a good pick up time so that we would not have to rush or hustle inside the terminal.

I offered to pay him and he said not to worry about it, we could ante up when we would no longer be using his service. He took us to the airport for our flight to Wales, picked us up a few days later, and he took us to the airport for our flight home. On our way back to the hotel, he stopped at the bottom of a hill and pointed out a flowing stream that meandered around 400 year old residences and an old bridge. It was incredibly relaxing and quite a beautiful sight; he even got an apartment manager to let us into the old complex and see the size of the units and how they were constructed from back in the day.

Kenny was very knowledgeable of the history of Scotland and the historical dynamics of the relationship between Scotland and the US. He recommended and even made arrangements for us to get into restaurants that we could not find a table, but he did.

He provides services all over the country. We rode in two of his vehicles, a Mercedes SUV, and a Mercedes van. The vehicles seemed new, were very clean and comfortable, and Kenny is a very good driver, even driving by some local sights he recommended for us to visit. He also provided us a nice surprise and he drove us by some locations where we would (and we did) encounter a few internationally known celebrities.

Kenny's prices are reasonable and the service impeccable.

I will not use any other transfer service in Edinburgh, and this was one of those instances where you make a choice not knowing what to expect and when you are provided the service, you are both relieved and impressed with the quality of the service.

I highly recommend Kenny Easy Travel Edinburgh.

We had such a fun tour with Kevin. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. We learned lots about the area and about life in Scotland. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and would highly recommend Edinburgh Black Cab Tours.

I took my sisters on their first time in Scotland on a tour with Nazmi. The trip was the highlight of our visit! He was a great communicator and answered my inquiries and planned the perfect itinerary. We wanted to see the best Scottish nature could offer and he delivered. We had plenty time to explore, take photos and stopped for refreshment and restroom breaks which is something you can't find on big tours during summer. Nazmi is knowledgeable in everything from history to nature and architecture. And the vehicle was clean and comfortable. I would definitely choose 1st Class Chauffeuring in my next visit and would recommend it to my friends and family.

I booked over the phone at 11pm and a driver was waiting at 8am next morning for the transfer. Punctual, cheerful and accurate! We booked him immediately for the return journey, which was perfect as well.

We had a very pleasant tour with Sidnei. He took us to the best destilleries in Speyside and booked a very nice restaurant for lunch. We also loved to learn more about Scotland's culture and history. Very nice and blue sky day in Speyside!
    Strongly recommended!

We have been customers of gett taxis for years and recently they are letting standards slip. When you order a taxi now and especially if it is a short trip rather than a long journey it seems to us that the taxi drivers pick and choose their lifts? It disappoints us to think that this happens and we were forced recently to use Uber, who would not have been our first choice!!

Traveling with a kid can be a challenge - sore feet, boredom, more interested in Youtube than culture or breathtaking scenery, reluctance to try local delicacies like haggis. So this vacation, we added a little carrot to the end of our UK visit for our mountain-bike obsessed 12yo son - a trip to one of the courses for the UCI world championship (as he's seen on Youtube), Glentress Forest, just a short drive away from Edinburgh.

To make this carrot a reality, we found and asked Ricky's Bicycle Tours on the off chance they might know how we could get rental bikes, transport and a local guide to get us out for a day of shredding. Enter Stuart, one of the two guides that run Ricky's. Turns out Stuart is an avid MTBer as well with intimate knowledge of the excellent mountain biking outside Edinburgh. A private day tour took Stuart off the streets of Edinburgh and into the hills with us.

With excellent communication leading to our special day, Stuart picked us up early in the morning, took us to get our rentals, and showed us some of the great trails in Glentress. It was a perfect day, one of the highlights of our trip. Stuart was a perfect guide, patient, knowledgeable and personable. We had a great time and we appreciate Stuart accommodation for this once-in-a-lifetime(?) experience for me and my boy.

We booked this tour 4 months prior to our cruise stop in Glasgow (Greenock) to visit the Trossachs National Park area. We came out of the ship ahead of schedule and William was already there so we had an early start to our schedule. This trip was met to celebrate my wife’s new decade of wisdom and William took the time to understand her interests and adjust some of our itinerary accordingly and we followed his recommendations. As we were ahead of schedule, William proposed to make a stop by the Kelpies (it was worth it we love horses) and then we headed towards Stirling Castle (excellent visit), made a detour by a nice store who also were showcasing Highlands cows by the parking lot. We spent over an hour in Inveraray (the castle was closed in peak season after 2 years of Covid we didn’t understand why but this was not a surprise as we already knew… and you can still get very good views of it even if you can’t get into it !) and William was right on schedule at our agreed upon time for leaving. Then, we made a stop by Luss before heading back to the ship at the scheduled time. William proved a very good defensive driver and knew the area extremely well. The car had clean windows, strong A/C, and good visibility for sightseeing. Albeit expensive, this proved to be a great excursion that enabled us to see at least the equivalent of 4 ship excursions while being just the two of us and control the itinerary. We would recommend Aura Journeys for any of your adventures in South West Scotland !
