The park is nice on a good day, nice place for a good walk, but when you get to the top you can see all around Belfast and further afield, views are magnificent!

I regularly go running and cycling here, but its also a great park for the family, it has a great playground facility and the range of bird species is lovely to look at.
Great play park too with lots for littles and bigs as well as a bike track, basketball court and really nice walk.

A visit to Ormeau Park is well worth a visit for all...solo travellers, couples and families...something there for everyone and easily accessible from Belfast City Centre.
Belvoir Forest Park

This park is on the wilder side with a network of paths in a great woodland area, with fields and a river making it an excellent walk for the dogs.
Much of the park runs alongside the River Lagan where I have seen otters on 3 occasions.
