We had a lovely time on this trip. Mike was a superb guide: very knowledgeable, kind, and funny. He really made our trip fun. Abdie, our driver, was also very competent and excellent. The tour packs a punch in a short amount of time and is well worth the money. It was a small group of ten people which was much nicer than a large group. It was also relaxing to be able to hop on and off the bus without having to worry about the logistics of driving ourselves, figuring out directions, etc. There wasn't a whole lot of time at any of the sites, however, this trip is great for anyone who may be pressed for time and/or is looking for a pleasant sampling of some of what England has to offer.

My mother, son, and I had a wonderful 2 day tour with Michael in February of both Glastonbury and Avebury and the ancient stone circles. My 8 year old son is not easily entertained and seemed to be under Michael's magical spell for an entire 8 hour day whilst walking 6 miles in Glastonbury learning about Joseph of Arimathea, Mary Magdelene and King Arthur and the Knights of Templar. He was determined to hike up to St. Michael's tower on the Tor and once accomplishing that goal skipped happily along with Michael playing games along the way. Micheal was a knowledgable tour guide who exercised a saintly amount of patience with my son and our questions which I truly appreciated.

To continue our journey in the spirit of the Knights of Templar in the quest to find the holy grail, my mother and I signed up for another 2 day tour in November of Dartmoor and Cornwall, this time with Tor. We were excited to have a different perspective by Tor leading our quest and had the most magical visit in both places. Tor's recommendations for both B&B accommodation and food and drink in Tintagel were spot on and the November weather cooperated! For me, the highlight of the tour was Wistman's Wood in Dartmoor where I went in asking for guidance on my life's purpose and left with a vision that included some life changing information that I plan to put to good use! Merlin's Cave at Tintagel also cannot me missed. Please note, bring Wellies! We did not and had a wonderful adventure however they are advised (the water is very cold barefoot!!). St. Nectan's Glen and the Mother Waterfall was another magical opportunity to look inward discovering the holy grail existing inside ourselves. Tor was patient and kind, engaging, and of course intuitive giving us a first class experience of these sacred sights. Many thanks and we look forward to returning for another tour in the future!

There are not enough words to describe what fun it is to tour with Daniel. He is a gentleman and extremely knowledgeable. We enjoyed our Stonehenge tour so much we booked an additional tour with him! Rest assured if you are on a tour with him you are going to have a wonderful time!

Beautiful 5 day tour in a beautiful part of the world. Small group of only 7 people which was actually very nice.
Our guide, Nic was amazing! Had a wealth of knowledge about the area and very engaging.

The only thing I was less happy about is that the group was split up to different accommodations. Even people who chose the same option. I chose the hotel option and it was mostly pretty far to the city centre which was a bit uncomfortable when it gets dark early.
But that was minor and didn’t really affect my feelings about the tour.
All in all an amazing experience!

For years I felt drawn to go to Glastonbury. I intuitively knew the trip would be much more than merely just sightseeing. As I began to plan where exactly I would go, I stumbled up Tor's website and his Eight Day Tour of Sacred England. It was an immediate yes for me! I specifically didn't do a ton of research on where we were scheduled to go as I just wanted to be present to each moment and allow myself to be delighted along the way.

I've been home for about a week now and I'm still struggling to find the words to explain the best trip I've taken to date. In a sense I felt like I went through a rebirth of sorts. Upon arriving home, people noted that I appeared "lighter".

Tor, as you would likely expect, is extremely well versed in the history and legends of England and has an epic itinerary but, to me, what makes this tour so special is Tor's presence and his understanding of spirituality and energetics. My father had passed away a few months before I went to England. I didn't realize until I got there that I was still processing a lot of grief. Tor met me right were I was - much like a good friend or life coach would do. He held space as the sacred sites did their healing magic.

Sure, London is amazing but Glastonbury and Cornwall are magical beyond belief! If you have any interest in going, JUST GO. You can thank me later! I highly, highly recommend Tor and his tours!

Matt offers both a knowledgeable introduction to the history of the region and a sociable and personal friend to welcome visitors to the South West of England. The bespoke tour combined an excellent variety of outdoors experience, historical sightseeing and fun and restful food and drink.

Richard is extremely knowledgeable and hosts a great tour. He picked us up at our rental flat in Central London and whisked us away into the British countryside. His in depth knowledge of Stonehenge, the Chalice Well, and Glastonbury made for a great trip. He kept my often bored 11 year old engaged and excited about what we were seeing and the history surrounding the area. I would definitely recommend him for private tours and would do another one with him if we were back in England.

Every stop was worth the trip! Oz was a great guide with in-depth knowledge of the area and the history. He tailored the day to my interests and made sure I had a great experience. I've already booked a second tour with Oz for next week to see another part of England. If you like a personalized experience, you won't be disappointed.
