The advertised cone and the cone they serve is night and day.
They have my lil girl two pop corns on the cone and after I asked them about it they added two more.

Looks like it operated by young kids not knowing what to deliverWritten December 8, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We were gifted with an amazing cordial staff member SAYESHE and besides the wonderful food we ordered-- we enjoyed likewise her conversation and attention to our needs. Much appreciated. Wagamama is so lucky to have such a bright and amiable person representing their brand..We think Sayeshe will go from strength to strength pursuing her career goals..and she will be another reason that we will come back regularly to this restaurant. Such an enjoyable experience!Written November 28, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- brockbanksFarnborough, UK133 contributionsWhat a fantastic afternoon. The performance was incredible and so immersive and entertaining. The food was sublime, the atmosphere festive and joyous and the staff simply wonderful.
We visited as an adult family of 4, with one member of the party using a wheelchair. The venue is very accessible and the staff cannot do enough to help if required.
We will definitely return.Written December 8, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Matt S1 contributionI recently visited with my 8 year old daughter, who loved it (5 stars in her eyes) and I really enjoyed it too. There are essentially 5 large areas that you progress through after the "ferry ride". 2 have the "live" dinosaurs that you can freely view, 1 is a research station and dig area (with two baby dinosaurs held by the rangers), 1 is the raptor training mini-drama and finally the t-rex interactive event.
We went when it was quiet (weekday evening) so we had lots of time and space, but we still had the issues with queuing that lots of people have faced. We didn't have to queue outside, but once we passed the research centre we had a near 40 minute wait with no updates.
It's all obviously just live theatre with dinosaurs, so up until the point of the queuing it had been fantastic. The ferry ride at the start really set the scene, and then walking through the gates into the first "paddock" with the theme playing was my highlight (pretty much worth the money just for that). But, the 40 minute queue took us all out of it and there were no staff updates or any kind of info. I'd advise asking when the raptor area will open and just go back to the first area and enjoy the dinos more (I wish we had done that instead of just standing around).
The only other negative, and it isn't something I would normally point out, is that a few of the staff weren't really talking it seriously. Some, such as the research centre guys, were and it made a big difference. The t-rex event at the end was great, but again the staff let it down a bit with very over the top shouting and hokey acting that was just distracting. Some of the rangers acted like, well, rangers and some acted like drama students having a laugh with their mates. The T-Rex event could have used a much shorter script, less shouting and someone who could actually act.
It's been a long review so far, but don't let my negative words put you off. There's only a few weeks left for it in Manchester so we might even go again because we might never get another chance.Written December 6, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. In a cold almost pop up type warehouse. Felt very thrown together.
The immersive section was far the best bit but I was put off by a seam on the front the wall which made the experience not fluid.
Was however relaxing sat in the deck chair watching the changes and visual effects.Written November 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - A Midlife AdventureDursley, UK2,768 contributionsMixed feelings. We arrived at about 1230 and stayed until 730 pm. Having never been before I wasn’t sure what to expect.
Negatives:
The crowds are definitely a big issue. It was like stepping into an army of ants on the march, go with the flow or enter a battle!
The food outlets were predominantly over priced (ÂŁ10-ÂŁ15 for two coffees and one cake!!) and if you brought a picnic with you there was nowhere to eat it as the designated area had flooded on the first two days
Complete lack of seating areas. Personally I think the RHS could sacrifice some of the shopping outlets in favour of customer comfort
The show gardens, which was one of the main attractions for me, are really hard to view and appreciate as again there are so many people all trying to view the same thing. Additionally even when you do manage to hit the front you cannot photograph any garden in its entirety because of the rope barriers in your way. It means you have to sort of work your way around each garden which needless to say this takes time!
Gardening enthusiasts join the RHS and I have to say the benefits are fantastic but this seemed to be almost constructed solely for the upper classes. Us everyday folk, looking at the reviews, may never return
Positives:
The Great Pavilion was magnificent. The chosen vendors were knowledgeable, friendly and more than helpful throughout and there were some lovely displays etc
The balcony/ container garden area added another dimension to the show
The brochure being available in advance was useful to plan our day, as beginners to the show although I do agree that ÂŁ15 is a little steep!Written June 11, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Amir H17 contributionsThis is a really nice attraction if you're not planning to do the Studio tour. It has a lot of photos from behind the scenes, and some green screen experiences.
The crew is super-helpful and all-knowing as far as Harry Potter trivia goes, and there's a photographic treasure hunt which really enhances the experience.
All in all, it's a great way to pass a couple of hours and enjoy a butter beer :)Written March 13, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Rob MLondon, UK6 contributionsSaw The the here for a second time in October and had a great night. I've been to loads of gigs here over the years, various music genres, and have enjoyed them all. The raked floor is something every standing venue should have.
Tbh I'm only bothering to write this to provide a different perspective on some of the tiresome moaning in other reviews here.
It's an old school, basic gig venue and there's plenty of info about the facilities online if you bother to look. I agree it could do with more ladies toilets, but that's true pretty much anywhere with large crowds.
It's a gig venue, in London. Drinks are more expensive in gig venues and nightclubs, always have been, always will be. A pint in some London pubs is up to ÂŁ8 or ÂŁ9!
Security info comes with your tickets (each person must carry their own ticket, no bags larger than a sheet of A4 etc.) but if you don't read it...
Bad sound quality I've found is usually down to the band's own engineers, I've personally never experienced bad sound at the Academy. I have at the Roundhouse though, terrible muddy sound for Ride, yet it was clear and powerful there for Gary Numan. Different sound engineers, go figure.
Seems some people are upset about the lengthy queues to get in now. Granted it's not ideal, in fact it's downright tedious, but you can blame the various people who contributed to the tragic crush fatalities back in 2022. Security and crowd control outside the venue is now super-strict as a condition of operations.
It ain't The Ritz, but the sightlines are great. You want to actually SEE the band as well as hear them? Then it's the best venue in town.Written November 29, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - davidbryant27db20 contributionsArguably the best thing ever invented (Lego) given a whole new dimension. Nathan is so creative and there is some incredible work on display. Fans of Lego must see this. May even inspire you to appreciate more art ;)Written August 30, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - sunshine6676 contributionsBrought my mum and my autie son to see this exhibition. Enjoyed it very much. Would have liked to have seen more but the way it was laid out meant I could take through the exhibits with my son and ensure he could see them all. He was impressed and learned a lot. A lovely collection.Written March 17, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- I Love Tennis1 contributionGreat match! Entering tennis from both of them; Federer the better man at the end of the day. Sorry to the Djokovic fans. :|
Beside the tennis, the venue. Well organised necessary security checks in place. Must say though, EXPENSIVE FOOD! ÂŁ10 JUST FOR HALF A SANDWICH AND 500ml WATER!!!
But that kind of price is expected at a venue like the O2 so, eat downstairs at a place like Wasabi for Brunch, as after the doubles match it’s 12:00 and you are starving.
Or you could sneak food in... ;)Written February 26, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The Somerset House is the perfect venue. It was crowded and exhibits went deep into the bowels of the House. The scented wallpaper room was our favorite.Written September 22, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
