We have just returned from Ikos Odisia where our 8 year old son attended the Football Escapes sessions, led by Bobby Zamora.

Bobby and the other coaches (Omar & Nick) ensured that everyone had a great time - the sessions were extremely fun but they also got across the message of being respectful and the need to listen. All of the kids had a fantastic time, the equipment / facilities were first class. The Rascal kit is a great souvenir which gets signed at the end of the week.

Aside from the training sessions, the kids enjoyed a FIFA night plus there was also a parent match which Bobby & the coaches played in that my husband really enjoyed! Bobby organised post match drinks in the Lobby Bar afterwards, which was really nice as you got the chance to chat with them all about the football etc.

The coaches were also visible and really approachable throughout our time on holiday, happy to chat by the pool or at dinner. We even had Bobby on our flight home and were still chatting to him at baggage reclaim! A great guy and a thoroughly enjoyable time was hand by all.

Roll on next October when we'll do it all over again!

It is a fantastic activity for children. Outdoors, with a covered place for rainy days. Luca and Cosi really enjoy it every time they go. It is the second time they have gone during the half-term and they are looking forward to returning next year. They provide skates and protections and the monitors are great. Highly recommended.

I enjoy playing badminton with PlayFit. They have well organised sessions, a very welcoming environment and a good balance of friendly competition and entertaining matches.PlayFit have created a great space that allows players to meet other people, develop their badminton skills, build friendships and socialise (often we continue on to the pub together) . I started nearly two years ago and I can’t imagine a week without playing! Highly recommended as I have personally made many good friends ♥️

If you're looking for education and practical application in self-defence then this is it. Instructors are very informative, personable and help you to feel confident and empowered in real-life situations can't recommend enough.

After 15 years away from the slopes we decided to go to Canada and ski in 2024. Both my wife and I were concerned that we had lost our abilities on the snow, so decided to do a refresher hour at Skieasy.
It was the best thing we could have done.
The instructor was great, supportive and informative.
Within 30 minutes we were both doing turns smoothly and with confidence.

This is the best place to learn to ski, refresh your skills and polish up techniques.

Grabbed a bucket of ball's for £6. The range was fairly busy, not much golf etiquette, there were a bunch of scReaming kids and no one asked them to keep it down (any other time and they wouldn't have been there). Range has all you need also has are to practice short game and a reasonably small putting area.
The proshop is well stocked and previously had excellent service when purchasing and having clubs fitted.
Grabbed a coffee and BarBQ Burgers and German sausages with salad lunch which was fair
    Overall had a good experience.

We popped into the Chainstore to spend a bit of time playing on the indoor modular parkour set up that Parkour Generations have at this location.

It was a weekday and so the place was very quiet, which suited us fine. The staff are friendly and will help out if you need to move any of the lighter obstacles in the set up and I believe they move the overall bar and concrete block set up around every so often.

There were plenty of route building options and the available crash mats mean that more acrobatic movements can be practiced. You pay £10 to use the space for as long as you want or until the open session ends and the evening classes start. We weren't able to stay more than about an hour and a half but could easily have spent the whole afternoon if we'd had the time. Well worth it if you're able to spend a while here.

Great place for some relaxed training with a cafe and art exhibits on the wharf if you want to make a full day of it.

I’m new to open water swimming ( and a very novice swimmer in general) so was very nervous going this morning for the first time. I decided to do the “intro to front crawl” coaching session and I have left feeling absolutely amazing and excited for my next swim. The coach (Chess) was amazing and put me at ease straight away. Really helped with my confidence and I can’t recommend it enough for someone who wants to get into open water swimming but is a bit nervous!
    Thank you so much.

Ryan is amazing when I first went to the levitate classes which were at his home I didn't know what to expect I felt nervous.

Ryan was welcoming polite and friendly he made both me and my daughter feel at ease.

I now look forward to going to his classes.

Monday's session at levitate is a guided meditation/visualisation.

Tuesday's session at levitate is a guided meditation/visualisation and intention.

The session is held for 45 min
Then15 min with him to answer any question.

The classes are open to all levels.

if you can’t make it to the session Ryan zooms it.

    He's an excellent coach
    who cares about your well-being?.

So if you're new to meditation or if you want to practice with others you are in the right place.

You’ll find yourself leaving the session a lot better happy relaxed and peaceful.

I would surely recommend levitate to my friends and family.

And by the way, if you can't manage to sit low, just in case you're wondering or having second thoughts there's a lovely sofa to sit in and it is comfy.
