    Great experience thus far - 1 transfer down 7 to go
    Have booked several transfers via airport transfers website for our 7 week holiday, including cancellations and amendments, and thus far all very good.

    Received a message in Barcelona from Julio, are allocated driver, whilst awaiting our connection to Athens - all good. When we land, another message received, and acknowledged, and Julio was outside the international exit door with electronic sign in-hand as stipulated in his message - awesome after our 30 hour 4 connection flight from Melbourne.

    He was a wealth of information on our way into Athens, i.e. google maps works great, we don't use uber here in greece, tap water is great, visit the main sites before 1000 before the school buses arrive - all the usual info that supports a great experience.

    I will provide further reviews throughout my trip, because gauging by some of the reviews, some local drivers who are connected to airport transfers read like a terrible experience.

    Excellent service and value for money
    Excellent service which was reasonably priced. The driver was professional and nice. He arrived in time and contacted me to inform me he was waiting at arrivals. The car was clean and presentable.

    Excellent.
    I made a booking for both a pick -up and drop-off service from/to Heathrow airport and it was the most excellent service. From the get go of doing the online reservation, Anthony was ever so kind and attentive in this process. Our pickup driver was very cordial and professional even though I got confused with the meeting place. Our return driver Ali was the most friendly and attentive person who got me and my sister talking away with him while he gave us little poinyers of places. He was really professional too. I definitely recommend this company.

    Can't Recommend Highly Enough
    I can't fault anything. The car was new, spacious and exceptionally clean. Our driver Neal arrived 5 minutes before our booking time, which meant no waiting around for us.

    The journey was smooth, comfortable safe and pleasant.

    Communication from start to finish.

    Having experienced such exemplary service, I wouldn't consider using any other company on any return visits to London.

    Great job again
    We used Eddie Manning a few years ago to excellent service so decided to use him again on this trip from London to Southampton with a side trip to Stonehenge, He was on time, car clean and very friendly. Yes priciy but definately worth it. We would use him again if we are in London.

    Good communication prior to journey and a good experience on our transfers
    We have used Twelve for Heathrow / Gatwick transfers in the past so had no hesitation in booking them again, this time for a family group of 4 adults and 2 young boys of 3, with a lot of luggage. Unfortunately because of the recent storm our flight to Heathrow was cancelled so we had to reschedule to another later flight. The team at Twelve responded quickly to emails and even followed up with a telephone call.

    Our driver, Cristi, was very punctual in meeting us, assisted with all our luggage, was patient whilst we installed our car seats for the boys and we all felt confident and safe with his driving round the M25. So much so that I asked Twelve if he would be available for our return journey which they quickly responded to saying it would depend upon available drivers on the day. We were very pleased to receive our driver notification before our journey and see that they had been able to allocate Cristi to our return trip which was another good journey.

    Smooth and efficient private airport transfer at a competitive price
    Very professional and reliable service provided by 247. Our driver, Zsolt, was friendly, punctual and attentive - he picked us up from our home address in good time and got us to Gatwick Airport smoothly and efficiently. Prices quoted for our outbound and return cars were very reasonable

    Would highly recommend 247 to anyone re their next airport transfer (for business and/or leisure trips).

    CAMBERLEY TO HEATHROW
    This is the 3rd time we have used HEATHROW GATWICK CARS and as ever the service was faultless.
    The driver was friendly and polite and the car was clean.
