I was provided with the car and driver information in advance, as well as tracking information. Driver, Win, was slightly early. The car was in excellent condition. He drove well and we arrived at the airport as expected. It was a pleasure - thanks Win! Excellent car - Maserati no less - can’t expect that every time though
so felt very full of myself arriving at the airport. Pickup has always been punctual, vehicle clean and comfortable. In addition, each time we have asked for a detour stop on our way from Heathrow to Southampton, Eddie was able to accommodate our request.
We have recommended Eddie’s service to others and have always received positive feedback on their experience.

This is the perfect car service for anyone looking to tailor their trip to their own preferences and experience a wide variety of places. Throughout our journey, we were able to visit Salisbury, Lacock, and Bath. We chatted and laughed and told stories like old friends. He was so good that we arrived it seemed in no time. I looked up and said “Are we here already???” Will use you again on my return with my husband.
