    Great escape room experience
    My partner and our son - both escape room first timers - and I completed Operation Blacksheep on 27th May. Our son is 9 and he absolutely loved finding the keys, getting the clues and being involved. Of course it helped that we escape with 1 min 42 seconds to spare!

    London Underground inspired fun!
    This was 3 out of 4 participants first escape room and the veteran said it was one of the best he'd done. Right from the secret code to get it, to the final moments of the game, we had the best time, thanks in part to Alex our games master. It was a truly immersive experience!

    We played the Lost Passenger, as well as some brain-taxing elements, the game had some physical challenge which we enjoyed. We are all transport fans so really liked the London Underground elements. There were lots of surprised (some spooky) along the way, including a birthday message for one of our party.

    A fun hour which felt longer (in a good way)

    A lovely challenge with family or loved ones
    Really liked the challenging experience - some puzzles very accessible, others were a bit too challenging for us. I loved the physical ability challenges as part of the experience. We had Hillary Sam and Sonya who were very welcoming. Very enjoyed the role play experience - fully immersed into the whole prison atmosphere. Hillary provided good hints which weren’t too easy and hinted at how to do things rather than gave away the gimmick of the puzzle. Will come back again !

    The best escape room I’ve done!
    Absolutely incred. I’ve done honestly loads and loads of escape rooms before but this one was the best I’ve done. Not only for the actual rooms themselves and the level of difficulty (it was hard but with some help/hints it was certainly not impossible, which I think is the perfect level for an escape room to keep it fun!). But also for the actual staff themselves. I booked this for 24 girls for a hen do and the team here was absolutely incredibly accommodating - they kept in touch, replied so quickly to every email.. they even added personal touches and included baby photos of the bride and groom into the story and allowed me to wrap up a few surprise gifts for the bride for her to find as we went through the room! Honestly, I can’t thank these guys enough.

    I should also add - all 23 other girls in the hen do said it was absolutely brilliant and they had the best time, and the girls who have done an escape room before equally said it was the best they had done too!

    Thank you SO much for everything - can’t rave about you guys (and particularly Oscar) enough!

    One of the best escape rooms ever
    One of the best escape rooms I’ve ever played! (And I’ve played A LOT)

    The puzzles were fun. The decoration of the room was beautiful and Caris (I think that’s how you spell her name) was really lovely and helpful.

    We’re from Manchester, but will happily travel back up to do the rest of the games at some point!

    The Team That Can’t Be Named..escaped!
    Took part in a magical escape in which I had wanted to do since 2015 & it definitely lived (no pun intended) up to it. It was challenging, rewarding & wandzappingly fun. I’ve done loads of escapes in the past with my family but this was the 1st time that I’ve escaped & done one with friends. As this was a 1hr escape, we escaped in exactly 59mins 30secs with only 30secs left.

    The only downside was getting into the building, not knowing where reception was to check in & only having one toilet.

    Katie who was our escape master was very welcoming & friendly, they answered our questions & were very clear on what we had to do.

    Great Team Builder!
    Went as a group building exercise for work. Rooms are very well thought out with lots of engenious puzzles that I haven't seen in other Escape rooms before! Really enjoyed my visit and will be back to try other rooms!

    Our host was Michael, he made the whole experience fun from start to finish. Having not done an escape room before we thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend

    Great room and great customer service!
    Firstly, thanks to Eszter and Lu for getting our game sorted. Amazing customer service. We booked 4 years ago just before the venue had flooding. It was understandably cancelled and we were offered a free game which was great. Due to the pandemic it’s been a few years before we could get down to London and we headed there today and played Room 33 with Eszter (who arranged all this 3/4 years prior!) so a huge thank you to you!

    Room 33 is a good room which had us going until the very end. Some really good puzzles and a really good challenge!

    Unfortunately we JUST missed out on escaping at the very final hurdle! Hardest debrief ever knowing we were SO CLOSE haha

    We enjoyed the room and hopefully will be back to give your other room a try!

    A spectacular experience
    Such a fantastic experience at Sherlock: The Official Live Game and incredibly friendly staff! I would recommend this to anybody who loves a challenging puzzle and a relaxing drink.

    Brilliant Experience
    The team were absolutely fantastic. I actually booked out the escape room for a few hours and during the time that we were in there I got another company to redecorate the waiting room for the escape room for a proposal for my girlfriend. All of the staff were hugely accommodating and went out of their way for this unusual request. The escape room was fun too - although quite difficult and I wasn't concentrating much!!
