This was our first time visiting O2 Oxygen, and overall, we found it to be a lot of fun! It’s a great workout for both adults and kids. I went there with my 7-year-old, and we both had a wonderful time.
We arrived at 10 a.m. to check in, which is recommended 30 minutes before our session at 10:30 a.m. Since we arrived early, the place was pretty much empty, allowing us to bounce around without worrying about bumping into others.
One downside was that the overhead obstacle course wasn’t available until noon. This was disappointing because my son would have loved to try it! However, I noticed that around 11:30 a.m., the staff began engaging with all the jumpers by organizing games like "Simon Says." The kids really enjoyed it!
Another issue was with the locker facility, as it wasn’t great. It took me some time to find a functioning locker, and when I tried to open and get out stuff, it kept saying my PIN was incorrect, even though I was confident I had entered it correctly. Thankfully, we managed to get a staff member at reception to help us unlock the locker within a minute. All the staff I encountered were fantastic!
Pros: The staff are great—very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The café area was quite messy, with lots of items on the floor and tables by 11 a.m. The locker I tried to use wasn’t working properly, and most of the electronic games in the jumping zone were out of order.
