Before meeting up with friends I had a couple of days to myself and decided on this walking tour as part of the London Pass. It was a great way to explore parts of the city and have fun things pointed out along the way. There were 12 people in my group from all parts of the world. The guide, Nicholas, was polite, fun and engaging. He made sure that no one was left out and provided a lot of fun facts along the way. We visited the grounds of Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben/Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Millennium Bridge and Borough Market. Wear your walking shoes, bring an umbrella and enjoy!

Anna was a superb tour guide. She demonstrated that by ensuring that everyone in the group did not get lost and stayed together until we boarded the bus. She was very knowledgeable in explanation of the various landmarks in Paris. A very great tour guide 😇❤️👍.

We chose this more personalized tour of the Harry Potter studio tour, and we're so glad we did. First, the number of people on the tour was only 9. Second, the transportation was via the train. We could make the return trip anytime we wanted, which gave us more time at the studio. Our tour guide, Rem, got us on the train and stayed with us until we met up without our studio guide. He was great. Our studio tour guide, Jacqueline, was very good. She was enthusiastic and gave us lots of various special details about the actors and the making of the movies. She was just lots of fun. After the tour, she took those of us who wanted back into the studio so we could spend more time visiting the studio ourselves. Overall, it was a very good experience and highly recommended.

Kevin was an excellent guide. He took us throughout Sussex county and provided great details along the way, especially about the chalk hills we were traveling on a nd that greated the cliffs. This was a small group tour which made it even better. There were a number of stops, Kevin walked at a speed appropriate for his guests (some of us were old and slow). He was very knowledgeable, provided just the right amount of detailed and answered everyone's questions.
He took us to both sides of the cliffs to allow for 2 different perspectives.
It is windy, so be prepared.
The Seven Sisters cliffs are definitely white, whereas the White Cliffs of Dover have greyed over the years.

Our guide Anna was fantastic, very knowledgeable, funny and made sure everyone was accounted for while providing detailed instructions. The Seine River Cruise became a bit boring after the first 30 minutes. Train experience was great, thanks to Anna. Easy to find and navigate. Very comfortable trip.

If you are a Beatles fan this is the trip for you. You travel around Liverpool, in a comfortable coach, to the places mentioned in the Beatles songs and visit the early homes of George, Ringo, John and Paul. The information imparted by the tour guide Charlie was excellent, he explained the relevance of some of the Beatles lyrics, give a potted history of their early lives and interspersed this with some interesting facts about Liverpool. If you excuse the dad jokes Charlie was an excellent tour guide. The music chosen on the trip was relevant to the places we visited. This was not an easy drive, but Steve the driver always made sure that when we stopped it was a very safe area and the drive around was smooth and comfortable. The tour ended with a free entry to the cavern club.

Great day but would liked to have driven passed some iconic sites instead of what seemed like aimless drive through paris to get to the eiffel tower. Only shown arc de triomph from far away. Maybe even gone passed notre dame despite in being closed.
Anna was our tour guide and she was amazing. There were about 50 in the group and she knew all of us by name in about half an hr. Very knowledgeable and helpful

We met at St Pancras station near Kings Cross Station to take the Eurostar to Paris. Our guide helped us get on line but then left us on our own to navigate customs and border security.
We were met in Paris by another guide who was French and was very knowledgeable. Her name was Lara. Traffic in Paris was difficult as the Olympics had just concluded and some streets were still closed for the breakdown of the Olympic venues.
The Eiffel Tower was beautiful and we were lucky to be able to eat in Madame Brasserie without a reservation, which I’m told is rare. The food was amazing!
The Seine River cruise was nice but impersonal. They gave you an audio guide and sailed down the river. Views were nonetheless amazing!
The Louvre was the last stop. I am not a big art critic and found the museum overwhelming and confusing to navigate. It was the last stop, and I can say I went but will not go back.
Our bus driver was a little aggressive and got into some road rage incidents with other drivers. But the traffic was awful. Perhaps once the Olympics are fully wrapped up, things will become easier.

It was cheaper for me to buy the day trip package than to purchase the train tickets through Eurostar. Originally, I was only going to Paris to take a Macaron making class that I signed up for (highly recommend this as well). The tour comes with the hop on/off bus pass as well.
Meeting with the representative was easy. She was exactly where she said she would be at the time that was predetermined.
The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I would have liked the flexibility to change the return time at the end of the day.

This excursion did not disappoint! Anna made the experience pleasurable and fun. She was very knowledgeable and entertaining. I love the way she made sure all participants were accounted for as we transitioned from one place to another. The highlight was the lunch in the Eiffel Tower! Well worth the trip to Paris from London. If I had to say anything negative, I would say the River Cruise could have been better. I felt the cruise announcer wasn’t interactive enough. I would recommend and book this excursion again. 🙌🏾

Our guide (Conner) did a very good job at describing what was on the tour, keeping track of the group and answering questions. He was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. Overall he fid a outstanding job. I would give him a Five Star. The only part i was unhappy about was at the end of the tour. At the end of the tour we were told to take the Subway back to Churchill’s War Room. It would have been better for the guide to get us to the War Room. As the area is very congested.

I decided to do this tour solo as I love Harry Potter and thought it would be a great experience, and it was nothing short of awesome. The guides were very informed and friendly and it was well paced giving us time to take in all the wonders and even shop the gift shop. For anyone on the fence, do this tour with City Wonders!!!

Edinburgh is beautiful and fascinating. My trip would have been better had there not been a cold, drizzling rain but that's Scotland in December, I suppose. The castle is phenomenal. Two complaints/suggestions: Better directions to the tour bus location from the train station is one. The other: Make sure people keep a close eye on the train schedules at Waverly station. My return train was cancelled at the last minute; I barely made it on to a preceding train back to London (and my seat was not first class, which is what I had paid for).

Denis Khoroshko (stage name), was most incredible as our tour guide. He was kind, friendly, and insanely knowledgeable! He was helpful and a pleasure to be with. We would tour, again, with Denis! As a bonus, he is an actor, that has done many works, including Agent Specter, in the Bond Film, No Time To Die & more recently in The Flash! He was just an overall excellent tour guide and person! We feel like we made a friend!
