Initially, there was a problem with receiving the promised free carer ticket, despite prior confirmation from the company. The ticket seller at the bus stand refused to honor this but was polite and seemed unaware of the policy. After contacting the company, they apologized and reimbursed the carer ticket, handling the situation well.

1. Big Bus should revise its policy to allow compact mobility scooters similar in size to prams.

She is so knowledgeable about everything and imparts her wisdom in an entertaining and interesting way. We learned so much and she knew just right times to enter places and where to get the best pictures She answered everyone’s questions and showed us many unique things. Although we were familiar with a lot of the facts and images surrounding Jack the Ripper, Andre's knowledge and enthusiasm in portraying the story was fantastic. We loved seeing the projected pictures in the 'real-life' locations. Directions to the start of the tour were well communicated beforehand and the tour started right on time. - Martina OTralee, Ireland15 contributionsReally enjoyed the London Eye River Cruise. We booked the last slot at 4.45pm and got some amazing photographs of the sun setting over London. There was no waiting in the queue, everything moved quickly. I really liked the way each car collects passengers as it moves (very very) slowly around so there is no waiting around. The time on the London Eye is just right for seeing everything and getting as many photographs as you like. We all really loved the experience and it is a fantastic way to see London from the sky.
We moved straight onto the cruise so again no waiting around which we all really appreciated. Our guide (Scottish guy) was very entertaining. A lot of staff around to ensure everybody's safety and just a nice atmosphere on the boat. For people who didn't want to freeze in the name of sightseeing on the upper deck, there was a very comfortable and warm section on the lower deck.

And we learned even more because we did a quiz throughout the tour and therefore there was a lot of interaction. Anna is an amazing instructor, gives personal attention to everyone in the group, full of knowledge and explains clearly and with a lot of humor.
